    Aitel is completely unprofessional. If u r into airtel black u get to RM within secs. Once u r out from airtel black and call customer care, unnecessary call routing happening and they set the language to hindi which i couldnt understand at all.. #airtelthanks @airtelindia @TRAI

Hence the ques. is, if pp users now get “priority” speeds, were prepaid users intentionally treated as background processes this entire time?

    @airtelindia deserves an award for the biggest gap between advertisement and reality. Fastest network in commercials. Dead network in reality. Across Lucknow, calls fail, internet disappears, and customers are left staring at “No Service” despite paying ₹1100 every month.

    If prepaid users now need a premium plan for proper speeds, then logically Airtel has admitted one of two things: Either the network was never good enough for everyone… or the slowdown was intentional. Neither is particularly flattering. @airtelindia
