    Tried to port my Airtel number to Jio and Airtel rejected the request. Reason - I have not completed 90 days in their network. But I have been using Airtel postpaid from aug 2018 onwards and recently moved to prepaid. Would like to knw more on the same @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia Worst service by airtel, v have recharged acc to new trai regs & subsribed & no update till now & great cust care service who has no interest to pickup calls, Looks like ur IVRS changed to disconnect call instead of speak to custcare

    @umasudhir @airtelindia This poor service hs been troubling me 4 long.@Airtel_Presence is insensitive. as a doctor my request has been disregarded .my patients suffer. feel guilty everytime my patients say am unreachable. God save my sick patients.@airtelindia just does not care

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia pathetic service. Worst service provider in the world. Raised complains several times. Engineers lie, backend team lies and customer care rep teaches customer to talk where from past 6 months they are checking the patience of customer.

    @airtelindia horrendous is your customer care working,I have been trying to contact franatically from yesterday regarding DTH service I have not been able to get the service.TRAI has extended the deadline but still channels have been stopped in Airtel DTH what is the reason

    I ordered smartphone from airtel on 30jan n thy assured to deliver on 10th Feb.. waited till 11 feb.. no response from Airtel.. today phone has came and they took it back due to some documents missing (Nash) one of the worst services frm so cld #1 Network provider.@airtelindia

    @airtelindia I am not a rude person but you're forcing me to be one everyday. I have asked your executives multiple times to not call me for this or that offer but they keep doing that and get me irritated and angry. Plz stop this before I decide to change my postpaid provider!

    @airtelindia your DTH customer care sucks. When ever I call the displayed no in my screen. The no is not available even calling toll free no proper customer service. Really #AirtelDTH sucks

    I paid my Airtel postpaid through @amazonpay,In amazon it shows payment success, but still recharge not reached there in Airtel. I confirmed with Airtel customer care and they said they haven’t got any payment from AmazonPay. Kindly solve the issue. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia moved 3 days back to vfiber ..repenting..no internet since yesterday.. sloppy installation..service request not attended even after time change from your end ..104702504 Pl let me know if I can cancel vfiber with full refund

    Dear @airtelindia req to shift broadband to my new home where at least 10 ppl are using your service.Ur technical team is saying no feasibility. I told ur team ppl are using ur service at my place but you ppl are not ready to re-check.I am shifting my broadband to other provider
