@ACTFibernet this is worst network I've ever seen. Even the local player like BBNL is far better. I raised ticket for slow speed (i get just 15 mbps speed vs the plan I applied for 200 mbps) you guys are closing the ticket without actually resolving it. Need help @airtelindia

The worst thing about companies like Airtel these days is when you go to an Airtel store they tell u to call 121. And when u call 121 they ask to go to nearest Airtel store. Meanwhile @airtelindia will reply to this saying pls DM your number and we will call you. They never do.

Dear Airtel, Can you please explain why the Internet speed is soo slow while in Roaming? I've a postpaid connection in Gurgaon. But in Lucknow the speed I get is pathetic. Not a new problem, I was just managing..but now the speed is xtremely poor. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
