    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI @rsprasad They have no timescales as to when this issue will be resolved. Moreover the network doesn’t work anywhere in Bangalore or Hyderabad. Looks like a false narrative to me. Moreover Megha promises a call back and escalation but cannot give timescales or a guarantee that I will 2/n

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI @rsprasad Fault of mine. @TRAI @rsprasad please take strict action against Airtel for depriving its customers from basic fundamental right. As a unsatisfied customer & also a patient one I refuse to pay myphone bill going forward. This is how I am protesting against this Anarchy of Airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia called your customer to complain that I am not receiving messages from bank. Customer care agent informs cannot do anything and bank is telling they r sending messages, but I am not receiving. Please help

    @Airtel_Presence Can you please check with your supervisor Karan. He was supposed to call me and also arrange for a technician. I am not interested in your generic comments. Your behaviour is getting bad to worst & so is ur network and service. @airtelindia @rsprasad

    @Airtel_Presence Wow! Just Wow! The numbers u are trying to call are NOT mine. Get the phone number correct and then call me.OR SEND ME A DM AND I WILL PROVIDE THE NUMBER. Ridiculous complaint on since a month and u can’t get a phn number correct.@rsprasad @TRAI @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence Can someone please take action against Megha’s un professional and rude behaviour. How does Airtel expect me to send screenshots when the internet is NOT working. @airtelindia @TRAI @rsprasad . I am now been told that a new tower is needed which they ever since Nov 2019 1/n

    @Airtel_Presence Ashmeet this isn’t the correct update. You or Karan are to get a technician sent to my address no later than 10am tomorrow morning. The WiFi connection is still unstable and I am still not able to to get 4G network on my phone. @airtelindia @rsprasad

    @airtelindia @sunilbmittal surprised with Airtel Kolkta. In prsnt time wen operators are struggling fr acquisition i frm front wnt to port 2 nos to airtel postpaid but no one from the compny is bothered. Dialed customer service given a TAT of 6hr& nw 24hr gone. Pity Mr Mittal!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am highly disappointed with the low professionalism and false commitment of your team at Ajmer, Rajasthan. Firstly the sales team makes false promises and ask you to pay. And once the payment is done nobody bother to pick calls & deliver service.

    After waiting for the whole day the installation guy told me that he did visit my home but I was no available. Further I am told that my installation will take further 4-5 days. Is this how Airtel works. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This sort of service was not expected at all

    no network from morning, visited a nearby airtel customer care, they took proof provided a dupe sim. (went through the same process last year on 30th June 2020) what's this all about please? now even after using the dupe sim, it says - sim not provisioned for voice @airtelindia
