@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Telecomauth Hi, you didn't solve the recharge issue for life time validity prepaid numbers. Every 28 days, yr system is advising us to recharge for ₹23. Why should we do when the sim is supposed to be active for life time. Please resolve it at once

@Airtel_Presence is lying to get it's customer signed on to broadband plans. Telling us that you get 6months+2months free, total of 8months when getting a new connection. Only to find out 6months later that 2months extra is applicable only on renewal #airtelbroadband @airtelindia

@airtelindia With this much of large value brand , you guys can't even able to provide All Doordashan channels . All DD channels must be mandatory in every service provide either DTH or online . I reauest to please try providing DD channels including DD Sports on Airtel Xstream .

A word of caution! Switched to Airtel Xstream Fiber/Fixedline services less than 2 weeks ago. The services are down since today 12pm and there is no ETA on when the issue will be resolved. Better stick to your local broadband providers. Pathetic! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
