    My god, has @airtelindia services gone for a toss during COVID. Every other day there is broadband outage. I completely understand why Jio nipped you in the bud. I will be pretty chuffed if you decide to get your **** together. I have been a loyal airtel user for almost a decade.

    @airtelindia Very bad network in Kodigehalli,K.r.puram (1 km away from Hoodi Rly station towards Kodigehalli). Will have 2 switch 2 @VodafoneIN if u fail to resolve the issue.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia please improve the call & data service quality in South Bangalore area. It is horrible. Day by day service became pathetic. Here I am adding location as well. Hope you will address this issue as utmost priority.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Isn't it strange that your support staff at the relationship center still say SERVERS ARE DOWN!!!! Is it that difficult to create, no recreate a broadband order? The 1st order went into a blackhole, courtesy Sever issue again.

    @ICICIBank @ICICIBank_Care I have made transaction using iMobile Bill Pay feature. During transaction it showed error but money got debited from my CC Account. Money didnot got credited to Biller. Anyone can help. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I subscribed to Airtel One plan last saturday and since then nobody is answering on when would dth and extreme box is setup. They donot even pickup the call, what platinum support is this?

    @airtelindia it’s very bad experience with Airtel broadband service. I have raised complaint but no support getting from Airtel side. AI chat is given for customer which always reply the same thing. Complaint ID - 10087676480
