    Mr Jackson. Thanks for the horrible service what you have provided. If Airtel has some services issues plz rectify it. Don't send the customer again to get original documents. If he is providing soft copy documents you also need to manage things. @airtelindia @DivyaShreeTowers

    @ACTFibernet your team is not helping me relocate my connection. Feasibility was done and now you want me to go the new location request tranfer using the app. Claim they you have this stricnt process and nothing can be changed. @JioCare @airtelindia any support ?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very very bad service. Have logged complaints on very bad network, call drops etc. Even went to your physical centres to log complaints. Pathetic service. No responses, only false assurances. If not resolved have to cancel 3 family # and broadband

    @DC_Leh_Official I read outside @airtelindia Store in Leh that permission to keep it open was to ensure damaged or duplicate SIM can be provided if customer have issues. As a tourist was denied replacement sim, as I have sim issue,coz I have a postpaid connection. Poor service.
