The worst thing about companies like Airtel these days is when you go to an Airtel store they tell u to call 121. And when u call 121 they ask to go to nearest Airtel store. Meanwhile @airtelindia will reply to this saying pls DM your number and we will call you. They never do.

I think I got to file a consumer complaint against @airtelindia now. Unable to get even OTPs. The network sucks. Unable to use internet for over 2 months now. And there is no way to make a complaint easily, it's just an endless loop of app and consumer toll-free number.
