@airtelindia quotes that they're No 1 India after multiple complaints to customer care no one bother we are almost more than 200 families live here and most of them uses Airtel. If this is not sorted ASAP better we switch to different network providers who give atleast best

@airtelindia It is a complete useless option until and unless it is supported by proper local service excutives. I have taken Airtel black subscription but I don't have access to wifi Or broadband for last three days and it is purly because of ignorance of local Airtel service excutives.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I purchased airtel dongle one week before in Trivandrum, but its net speed is very slow. The dongle sim put in to my phone and net speed is good. Net balance and author details can't be check using application. There is no help from your airtel team. Very bad
