    It's been 5 days my @airtelindia broadband isn't working and I am calling them daily morning ever day they are saying we will fix by end of the day God should know when they will It's pathetic service from @Airtel_Presence I never expected this from them!!!

    The worst thing about companies like Airtel these days is when you go to an Airtel store they tell u to call 121. And when u call 121 they ask to go to nearest Airtel store. Meanwhile @airtelindia will reply to this saying pls DM your number and we will call you. They never do.

You guys are torturous. If I knew getting rid of u guys is so difficult I would have never opted for your services.

    @ACTFibernet this is worst network I've ever seen. Even the local player like BBNL is far better. I raised ticket for slow speed (i get just 15 mbps speed vs the plan I applied for 200 mbps) you guys are closing the ticket without actually resolving it. Need help @airtelindia

    @airtelnews worst customer service. One customer advisor cant handle single disconnection request. Worst services from @airtelindia as overcharging customers having 40 mbps connection when they have already reduced the amount in november 2020. Switch to @reliancejio
