    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my airtel sim is not working. Suddenly in the morning it's not showing any network. How I came to know is when the upi app said to verify the number and there was no network. Please help.

    @airtelindia Strange network is there in JP Nagar 6th Phase, around 10m radios of Jaraganahalli Park, Bangalore-560078. Its been more than 2weeks and still not resolved. Any maintenance work happening?

    @dvnr21 @airtelindia This company will close soon... we have seen many big companies getting closed due to cheap attitude... this will too soon... Same they show Fibre connection when i upgraded from copper but never changed the wire and saying fibre works on copper.. Shameless

    @airtelindia Is 5G service available on Bangalore as per Airtel app my device is compatible but not getting 5G , visited Airtel store too there they said it's just for advertisement services are yet to start in Bangalore??

    @Airtel_Presence I'm not able to call, receive OTPs, login to web, use UPI, use net banking, recharge my fastag, pay my bills, dial calls for last 10 days. Can you imagine the pain. Do you understand @airtelindia @TRAI No help from the last 10 days. I've provided all the details.

    @airtelindia @AirtelKK New Scam!! Most of airtel SIMs going invalid.1self need 2 visit with ID. 2reactivate & pay 50+ reduced validity. beware customers ur SIM can go invalid after few days of recharge & be ready 2 face huge Q & rude agents of Airtel. @TRAI Y only airtel SIMs?

    @airtelindia OSM in cheating the Indian Nation Citizens & Airtel Customers by providing very very very very poor network signal with in short period of time after the Sim issued.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence replaced old sim with same number, at 10:30 am, 17th Oct. SMS service was supposed to be started within 24 hrs. Checked with cust care they said time registered is 12:30 night. Why is it so? I was able to make calls a 1:30 PM, 17th. PS start sms serv

    @airtelindia your @Airtel_Presence support from 6 days they ask unique things from me like 5 dialled numbers, aadhar, bank details with registered number, nearest store address and much more. I've provided them all but no support. No help. Such a pathetic experience and services

    @airtelindia Your 5g rollout speed is very slow like 1g. I stay in Bangalore city limits but still there is no 5g available.

    @airtelindia We are unable to call or use Airtel internet in my apartment. We have been using Airtel service for last few years and it’s been told to us that you guys are working on the infrastructure, this might take 6 months or more to fix this issue.

    @tataplayfiber this is the worst experience in the last 10 years... Never had such a waste of experience from any Internet provider... Every week has frequent downtime.. Used @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence provider since last 5 to 6 years never had such experience.

    Whenever I tried to reach out to customer care service, then got irritated with your press 1, 2 and all IBR service. Just to talk with customer care need to wait atleast 5 min. Only adversitment claim is not enough @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia doesn't care about it's customers. Airtel forgets that we are the ones that made it reach that height. But no empathy. Just a statement "we are working on it " or false promises everyday that issue will be resolved within 1 hour, 2 hour, 24 hours but nothing else
