    @airtelindia The network is truly pathetic! In my own house, I can't sit and talk instead the best lace to find little network is outside my house on the road. Frustrated to the worst @Airtel_Presence

    Am I the only one facing challenges to send out emails from outlook app on phone with Airtel postpaid SIM on 4G cellular network? Can send out mails when on wifi network! Weird but SR Ticket# 31-3948378031337 Dt 9Mar is closed without resolution by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had requested for Xtreme Fibre. Instead a normal connection that rarely works has been provided. No resolution despite talking to the guy who came for installation. You guys are extremely prompt in sending bills for horrible service.

    @airtelindia @AxisBank Worst network. Airtel always says we have good network and high speed. I have port my sim card from Jio to Airtel. But now i thing i made mistake bcz Airtel is has lots of network issue in any city or area.. Atlist Jio network is better then airtel.

    @airtelindia Worst network. Airtel always says we have good network and high speed. I have port my sim card from Jio to Airtel. But now i thing i made mistake bcz Airtel is has lots of network issue in any city or area.. Atlist Jio network is better then airtel.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Can't understand why Airtel wont close my internet disconnection request (ticket no. 10021620241). I can't shift it coz, airtel doesn't service at new place. Executive keeps on talking about safe custody. Dont want. Pl close the connection and refund

    @Airtel_Presence The technician or sales team ,no one still contacted me for installation,really bad service and zero response after taking money for installation and plan.i really don't know whom to contact regarding this except for tweeting @airtelindia . It's been more than a week.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Has I'm the user of airtel postpaid connection from past 2 months I'm facing network problem and I have given a services request but they have not rectified the issue for same but if we don't make a payment they will disconnect connection

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am complaining since 2019 regarding the worst network service in my location. I have raised complaints too many times but without resolution TT closed by your Airtel team. Still, I am not getting support/resolution. Could you please look into it ?

    @airtelindia World worst network 😑. If you calling some some then u can use internet. Normally also ther is no network. Airtel alwsys says they have best network but its worst. I made mistake porting my sim card from Jio to Airtel. Now i need to wait for 3 month. Airtel is just 2G and 3G.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My broadband disconnect quiet often and is still disconnected and so as ur service has degraded. If my open complaint is not resolved soon then pls disconnect my connection.

    @HonestOpinionV @airtelindia the moment i have placed it here, team has now become super active and called me to know more. which indicates clearly teams work reactively. if they continue to do like this, Airtel will surely lose customer base over time. Quality and consistency are matter. Disappointing
