@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why was I charged 50 rs for a new sim card. Replacement SIM cards are usually free. It was ur fault that there was no network on my 1 year old sim and I was asked to replace it. Money making tactic?

📢 @airtelindia The issue with Health Helpline 104 not working from Airtel was fixed earlier, but it's back again. It says “invalid number”, while 104 works fine on other networks like Jio & BSNL. Will you fix it permanently, or should I port to another service provider?

@airtelindia The issue still persists even after these many days. I tried to connect with an advisor in the chat to let them know everytime I click on talk to advisor it gets repeated to the same again. This is going on for almost 20 days now. I don't know what anyone is doing in airtel.

@airtelindia one of the worst service provider I have ever experienced. Your Thanks app is such a waste of time. No option to talk with any agent, no matter what you type there is no relevant reply from their side. I am glad that I moved to BSNL 6 years ago.

@airtelindia Useless and you harass customers, we have to call 10 times, no network, no internet, and your executive asked me to go outside of my house to talk tO them since no signal, in such a hot weather, i had to stay out for 30 mins and still no resolution @airtelindia @DoT_India
