It’s been more then 12 hrs outage of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews broadband but no resolution . This is really an example of poor service .

@airtelindia I have ur connection Airtel black plan and since long i m@facing voice calling network issue and there is not response from any of ur team a genuine response So I would suggest U pls stop wasting money on add and use that money 4 better service

@RumzyKrish @airtelindia Thanks for sharing this issue. Actually Right now every service provider is having same problems. They are just chasing numbers of revenue and customers. No-one cares about service.We tried idea,voda then Jio. But the problem is same. Data problems now becoming such a headache

Reason I am putting this out in social media, Airtel gave SLA to solve my internet speed related issue in 15 days. That's unfortunately too much time. I do not want torture myself for 15 days with slow speed. Porting is 7 days task. Bye @airtelindia Excited @reliancejio

@Airtel_Presence Here in my location Airtel people said it might take another 3 months to install fibre. In Bangalore Airtel doesn’t have fibre network and charging same amount for dial up with half of the internet speed. I paid for 40mbps but getting 15-20 mbps only @airtelindia
