Why it is taking long time ro get resolved? Even your IVR is not giving option to connect agent.

They registered complaints and tried to seek assistance from the agency as well but no progress. Please look into the issue on priority 1/2

Problem now with Xtream is if Internet goes down, you cannot watch TV. Also internet Data and bandwidth used for TV which can be avoided by using Dish. Only for OTT use Xtream.
