    @airtelindia Pathetic service in wakad area, having 40 MBPS plan what I am getting is 2.8 Mbps that too with frequent disconnections. Look into this as kids having exam from Monday and I am WFH as well.

    @airtelindia, I have switched to Airtel post paid which comes with benifits free one year amazon prime subscriptions. I did not get it and was told by customer service executive that I was a prime member so can’t have it again, does that make sense? I feel I was tricked.

    @airtelindia I have switch my service to some other network to Airtel post and was expecting Amazon prime subscription for one year for free. Turned out I can not have it because I was a prime member in past which does not make sense. Can you check how we can solve this?

    Haven't been receiving 4g signal (receiving only 2g) in my Airtel number for a month now at any location nor in any device. Customer care can not be contacted. Complaint tickets raised on app didn't help. Pathetic service @airtelindia. Resolve this ASAP, or I'll have to port out.

    @airtelindia gave a new name AIRTEL BLACK to cheat customers. Onboarded on Airtel xstreamfibre + dth plan of 699 paying 4000/- with no installation,router,setupbox,activation or service charges. Now billed 1250 in the 1st bill. Black# 10101014551206. Shame on you, pathetic !
