Poor service from Pune team @airtelindia I am an airtel broadband user. Referred to my uncle, advance rental of 6 months has been taken though there was no feasibility in particular location And there no response from the team for connection nor refund has been provided.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence when I'm entering the sim card it block other sim card too and showing sim network not detected for both sim. When I removed Airtel Sim other is working fine. Now as it's years old sim card I want to change as it's completely not working.

@p_khodecha @JioCare @airtelindia The irony is I switched to @reliancejio from @airtelindia as I was facing very poor connectivity with Airtel at my home location. Jio is comparatively better than Airtel for me at least.

After my complaint they said it's a system glitch, please allow us for 24-48 hours, we will resolve it. After 4 days plan issues was resolved but they didn't renew #thanksbenefits yet and it's been 28 days. @airtelindia @airtel_black_ @Airtel_Presence
