    @airtelindia I am facing frequent internet outage with my broadband connection at Phase 3, pune area. What the hell you guys are doing? I upgraded from 599 to 899 plan but it seems useless now. I work from home so i opted Airtel for good connectivity but it was a wrong decision.

    @Airtel @airtelindia @AirtelCares How many times will your people keep calling to find out why I want to cancel a SIM card? Go look up "dissatisfied customer" in any good online dictionary. Then send a copy of that entry to all your staff. That's why you are losing customers!

    @airtelindia : Fabulous service by Chinchwad Airtel gallery along old mumbai pune h/w, Yesterday around 09.30 pm sim stopped working suddenly and had some urgent calls today morning, Gallery was about to get closed upon request it was opened and issue resolved. #happycustomer

    @airtelindia I raised multiple SR’s on the airtel app asking for clarifications on my bill. You guys are closing the SR’s without resolving the issue. Tried contacting customer support. No answer. 31-3605121192676 is the complaint number. Please look into this.

    I am a @airtelindia user from last 5-6 years but now on I am facing so much problem related to internet. Whenever I get touch with customer care they said "we are improving" but I cant see the improvement because of you 5G test. Going for MNP you are losing you genuine customer.
