@airtelindia I have switch my service to some other network to Airtel post and was expecting Amazon prime subscription for one year for free. Turned out I can not have it because I was a prime member in past which does not make sense. Can you check how we can solve this?

@airtelindia, I have switched to Airtel post paid which comes with benifits free one year amazon prime subscriptions. I did not get it and was told by customer service executive that I was a prime member so can’t have it again, does that make sense? I feel I was tricked.

Extremely fed up of the network issues here I/we have been facing even after registering so many complaints. No telecom network is functioning. I'm not even able to browse, call and use internet. Neither @reliancejio nor @airtelindia or @ViVodaidea works properly.
