    @reliancejio in my area @airtelindia 2g works better then your 4g how ever 3g/4g also sucks both of them don’t really care who ever planing to move another network

    I have got an #airtel Broadband Xstream Connection which works intermittently only. I am trying to login my complaint through #airtelthanks app but the app is so tuned that one cannot register ur complaint. Similar problem is with their helpline. Seek help from @airtelindia

    @airtelindia it has been 9 days since i paid for new fiber broadband connection and i am still waiting for it to be installed. I have dropped two emails till date to your customer care copying Maharashtra nodal officer but no reply yet. Pls process refund if not keen🙏🙏

    @airtelindia I am raising request for my broadband connection since 4 months again & again. Still issue is not resolved. Now airtel staff closing request without resolution & not asking happy code. Fade up .

    @airtelindia, I have switched to Airtel post paid which comes with benifits free one year amazon prime subscriptions. I did not get it and was told by customer service executive that I was a prime member so can’t have it again, does that make sense? I feel I was tricked.

    @airtelindia waited online for 15 mins to speak to your customer services regarding my DTH, was then keep on hold by the rep for another 10 mins and then disconnected. This is pathetic service. Need someone to call me back now

    @airtelindia You have started automatic balance deduction and no one is ready to talk to your customer care and I am not getting satisfaction.They automatically postpone the SIM, make it prepaid and deduct the balance. This was very good when Airtel India started it.

    I had to recharge my Airtel number but by mistake I recharged BSNL number by selecting Airtel operator option through G Pay for Rs. 579. G Pay customer care said to talk to Airtel customer care but they areunreachable everytime. @airtelindia @airtelnews @bhartiairtelfdn
