    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had raised an issue regarding poor network in the new area where I am going to shift. I requested customer care to resolve the issue. But issue showing as closed. Request no.31-2732371138071 If complaint is not resolved, i have to port.

    Hey @airtelindia You claim to be the fastest network in 28 states and I am sure Kerala is not one of them. Shitty network which is always losing the connection and dead slow. The internet service is pathetic and slow. I had to depend on my WiFi to complete this tweet.

    No action till now , @airtelindia expects me to carry all original documents while traveling. Got 3 calls from Airtel office ... but no resolution. I also missed a idea sim along with this ... I got the new sim in 3 min

    Due to some reasons I had to shift back to my home and as a result didn't need to continue with the WI-FI service anymore. To discontinue, firstly I had to unbundle my postpaid connection with the broadband after I requested to discontinue the services. @airtelindia @airtelnews
