@airtelindia Why is the data network so pathetic in Vignana Nagar/ Doddanekkundi area ? A 2 mins video doesn't play, Chrome doesn't even refresh, Twitter lite also doesn't load. Such is the sad state of your data network. Your data balance carry forward is a joke on users.

@Airtel_Presence was billed extra amount for my Airtel landline. Got to know through your customer care rep that 1800 numbers (i.e. toll free numbers) are considered Premium Numbers.This is odd considering they're called 'Toll Free' @airtelindia. @TRAI plz look into this. #airtel
