@reliancejio it has been more than 10 hours now but there is no sight of your network here at Nirjuli, Arunachal Pradesh. Of late, this has been a regular phenomenon with Jio. I rue the day when I decided to go with Jio. It’s time to port out to @airtelindia

@JioCare Requesting you to please improve the coverage and data Speed inside the Rajiv Gandhi University campus at Rono Hills, Doimukh, Arunachal Pradesh. It is currently well below standards. @airtelindia network is far better. I don't want to port out as yet.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Pathetic customer service and really frustrating. Long story short- A broadband (033-40718513) shifting request within city having SLA of 24hrs was raised on 14th Jan and today is 22nd Jan with no resolution. Multiple follow-ups done but same issue.
