    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia I have applied for airtel broadband connection for WFH and it got installed 2 week ago. From day 1, I am facing network problem and I have raised a complaint where the service man says he will be not coming as he is busy scheduled.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am not able to understand which process is the correct one. May I request you to - 1. Cancel the request 2. Refund the money I paid to Airtel 3. Acknowledge steps 1 & 2 over call and email. I hope this should bring some clarity.

    @airtelindia is able to bill me for a mobile number but not able to terminate my connection as they cannot find it. Surprising but true that you can be billed but not allowed to terminate connection. This is summary after 4-5 emails exchanged with airtel customer care
