@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia I have applied for airtel broadband connection for WFH and it got installed 2 week ago. From day 1, I am facing network problem and I have raised a complaint where the service man says he will be not coming as he is busy scheduled.

Airtel fibre is worst. If you are willing to get fibre at home please go with @reliancejio fibre. Never ever try to buy @airtelindia services. My fibre at home is inactive for last 3 days.I have raised SR no. 136675222 as well, but no response from @airtelindia team. Worst!

How do i use my balance to recharge my airtel number? Also why is it so difficult to raise a complaint in airtel app? You can track a open complaint but can't actually raise one. It's simply so inconvenient. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
