    Forget about mobile network. Now a days people are working from home and each and everything depends on internet and internet is useless with @airtelindia After sales service of @airtelindia is worse than any other service. There is no such thing called customer support

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your team is only trained to sell the BLACK plan but after sales service is frustrating.This should not have happened and we should not face LOS frequently after paying a hefty amount. It has impacted my work,my entertainment my daily needs.

    @airtelindia Could there be a response to the resolution asked more than a month. Created blunders and charged with no service provided for new activation done and not refund.
