    Dear @airtelindia , I am using a 200 Mbps Wi-Fi plan, but the speed I am receiving is much lower than promised. As per the attached speed test, I am getting only around 154 Mbps download speed.     I dont know how this company operates poor cs bought 500mbps plan getting ping rate of 300ms and @airtelindia technicians are so qualified is saying macbook issues, port issues and least bothered to check at their end just wasting time from past 4 days since connection installed

    @airtelindia @airtelindia I’ve been trying to convert my postpaid SIM to prepaid for days. Twice my request was closed saying “could not reach you.” I spoke with customer executives for 5–10 mins, but during the final process step they kept saying “your voice is not audible.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Till date I have not received any call from customer care and not even the disconnection request accepted on IVR call centre stating vague and fake reasons of connectivity or absence of Senior Manager for taking disconnect request. Who wl pay Bills @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Complaint: CPUTD3WST20260525407059 3+ months unusable network, now asked to wait till 10 June. Weak signal, data not working, calls breaking. Provide faster resolution or escalate. Unacceptable delay.

    Seriously fed up with Airtel WiFi services. Took a new connection just 10 days back and since day 1 I’ve been facing constant WiFi slowness and frequent disconnections. Called customer care 6+ times already. Every single time they say “issue escalated” @airtelindia

They are very prompt to send a sms regarding the network down during work hours and after 2 hours of network up again.. why don't they fix the problem permanently or change their software .. they are charging huge money or is it @narendramodi hai to mumkin hai
