    Hey @airtelindia shifting to Airtel was one of the worst decisions!! You charge more than your competitors and provide worst service. I am trying to tweet this for the 8th time........and I hope there wont be a network failure this time again.

    @Airtel_Presence is lying to get it's customer signed on to broadband plans. Telling us that you get 6months+2months free, total of 8months when getting a new connection. Only to find out 6months later that 2months extra is applicable only on renewal #airtelbroadband @airtelindia

    @airtelindia 300GB of internet data balance. Network shows VOLTE 4G. Not able to use any data. Customer care useless. Great job @airtelindia. With every monthly bill the data keeps piling up but can't use any of the data.

    @airtelindia your broadband customer care is so poor, your agents sign new customer get commission and go away. Make false promises of installation and never respond back. Before starting the services this is how you treat your customers, i am afraid what would be after its live

    @airtelindia : Your broadband service at Kaikondrahalli, Bangalore (Pin Code: 560035) really sucks these days. After every 3-4 days your service is down in this area and the error is always "Outrage" like since yesterday. Please look into this.
