    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @jagograhakjago I am surprised at how at different levels Airtel is failing to address an issue which had been going on for more than a month. The DTH equipment at my home have to be linked to my Subscription ID and no one is able to help.

    I have experienced one thing in Bangalore at many such business locations that Airtel internet runs very bad. Internet starts working well after 2:00 Am because at that time the user base remains very less on the network. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia DTH not linked to the device at home for my Airtel black account and the customer care directs to a service engineer who in turn directs back to customer care. Nobody is able to solve and absolutely pathetic service

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 11 days for relocation is not affordable. While choosing Airtel Black we were promised priority services. I am sorry but I never experienced 1% of anything as such. The sales guys involved are also unprofessional. They don't bother to pick calls.

    once again @airtelindia proved that you are very poor in customer management. I contacted for Airtel xtream connection. Executive told me connection possible in our area and informed me to pay the amount. After payment engineer came to our area and telling connection not possible

I work from home and this outage has completely disrupted my work since morning. Without any update or timeline, I am unable to inform my company.

    @airtelindia what's happening?? Did a unlimited 4G + 5G recharge because of 4G data consuming while still showing 5g.1099 recharge and still my speed has been downed by you? If it's limited then why to claim unlimited data that never get's over ?And i didn't use it for comercial

    @JioCare @JioCare I applied for porting from my previous provider to Jio, My order was placed on the 5th—it's been over 9 days now but the issue remains unresolved if not resolved— I may have to move to another provider @airtelindia, as Airtel might actually help.

    Really disappointed with @airtelindia broadband service. WHAT A SCAM!!!!!!!! I raised a WiFi ownership transfer request for my flatmate, but before it was completed, I clearly requested permanent disconnection as neither of us wanted the connection anymore. Airtel support confirmed the disconnection request and said it would be processed within 7 business days. Now today I receive an email saying the ownership has been updated instead of disconnecting the connection. Why was the transfer processed after a confirmed disconnection request? This is extremely unprofessional and stressful. Need immediate resolution and confirmation that the connection is permanently disconnected with no future billing issues. #Airtel #AirtelXstream #CustomerService
