    @airtelindia : Your broadband service at Kaikondrahalli, Bangalore (Pin Code: 560035) really sucks these days. After every 3-4 days your service is down in this area and the error is always "Outrage" like since yesterday. Please look into this.

    Airtel is cheating me in the name of giving 100 mbps broadband connection asking me to degrade my connection to 40mbps to give stable connection. After degarding also internet is not working from 15 days @airtelindia @consumercourtin bt charging me for full mnth.

    @airtelindia 300GB of internet data balance. Network shows VOLTE 4G. Not able to use any data. Customer care useless. Great job @airtelindia. With every monthly bill the data keeps piling up but can't use any of the data.

    @Airtel_Presence is lying to get it's customer signed on to broadband plans. Telling us that you get 6months+2months free, total of 8months when getting a new connection. Only to find out 6months later that 2months extra is applicable only on renewal #airtelbroadband @airtelindia

    @airtelindia my queries unanswered since last 4 calls . Wasted another half an hour today out of which 20 mins were mam can we please place your call on hold . Please improve your customer executives my query is still unanswered . What do I have to do to explain . Disappointed
