    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia can you please do something DTH UI. Changing channel is not smooth. It's extremely slow, lot of lag. With this slowness you end up changing multiple channels instead of one. The small buttons on remote another pain.

    Even sharing video of problem multiple times has not helped. As you can see once you go to apps usage, you can not get back to TV a usage untill you switch off the box from main board!! Please help. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia How long it takes to resolve N/w connectivity issue. V have 7 airtel connections for which v r facing same issue, but ur support team tells that the TAT is 15 days. Do u really think that the customer will stay for so long. @consaff plz help #WorldYouthSkillsDay

    @airtelindia I had made a request for shifting my broadband connection on 12 July. I had been assigned an executive who came on 13 and said there was no “power” to the boxes outside the apartment building. He said it’s not his job to do and said someone else will come to fix it.
