    @airtelindia my friend have ported his prepaid number to Airtel, he is facing some issue and would require to talk to your humane customer care representative, tried calling 121, not helpful, there is no option to raise a complaint via Airtel Thanks App.

    @IndianTechGuide Ab meri mammy ka keypad phone kaise recharge hoga.... It's bad .. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Old age parents don't have a requirement of data based recharge plan ... They only keep keypad phone to talk to their loved ones ..
