    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia From last 4 days, there is an issue with my broadband connection. Two SR get created and resolved without any resolution. You guys are closing the issue without resolution and advertising 0 SR count. Who will pay for my 4 days loss. Pathetic service

    Another @Airtel_Presence broadband outage in our area in last ten days. Services are already poor and on top these frequent major failures are impacting out WFH. @airtelindia Are we taking some serious steps to solve this problem ?

    @airtelindia Paid for your broadband upfront. But for 2 days, your technician cannot install the connection. Technician doesnt pick up phone also. Horrible.

    @ViCustomerCare 4G/VoLTE is not working for my Vodafone family plan from last 2 months. Have raised complain multiple times but my problem is not solved yet. Solve the issue within 48 hrs or else will change all my Vodafone connection to @airtelindia. 1/2

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i have removed DTH surrender the box too. Its more than a month but you have added it in this month's bill too. Fed up of you. Tired of Airtel. If i no longer wish your DTH service, you just have to accept it.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Not sure what has happened to your network and support system from starting of May'22 there were long outages and since then the speed has gone down to even half of the opted plan. Escalated to Mr. Vittal was of no use. Are we serious?

    @airtelindia am a Airtel black customer and have been using Airtel for a very long time.. repeated complaints to fix fluctuations in broadband and speed is not yielding results..am suspending my connection along with 4 postpaid connections..

    Dear @airtelindia @AirtelXstreamb3 , if it was known that #Airtel provide cheap/low standard products in their #DTH connection, I wouldn't be gone to get new connection. HDMI cable not working in just 4months and you are not replacing it but charging money for it. #cheaptricks

    @airtelindia your Xtream Broadband service is extremely hopeless. No resolutions, u take unplanned outage and disrupt services. No prior information to customers, complaints doesn't get resolved. Only charges and bills r on time

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI I paid for 6 months. From a month, I'm requesting for the benefit of Airtel Xtream premium. There is no solution provided by Airtel. It seems their benefits are just for the namesake. Anyone can help me reach out to someone who can solve this.

    @airtelindia Super the worst service in India. I am using 3 prepaid no of Airtel but now I just port to jio & another telecom. For 1 year, I'm using Airtel fibre but the speed is like 2G. Disgusting services. Neither their customer care response nor their local Airtel office employees.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I don't know who exactly can fix this but I immediately want to deactivate the 'Flash sms message '. I have raised the ticket but no response. I have checked my handset settings but no luck. This is something related to service provider.
