  @Airtel_Presence customer service is worst for international roaming users. The SIM card becomes faulty all of sudden and there is no way to get a duplicate sim. Strongly discourage people not to use @airtelindia sim if you are traveling abroad. No support or service provided

  @airtelindia You people are misleading your customers through your app. I claimed Hotstar subscription which registered me. And when I called to your customer care they said that on my Plan it is not available. Then deactivate my hotstar subscription. I DONT WANT CHARGE FOR IT.

  He listened to my complaint and again he escalated the issue. And now after that none of the devices are getting connected mobile, TV, laptop tablet, nothing. Currently I have no internet posting this from mobile data. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
