@airtelindia Worst Networking at Daporijo-township, District Upper Subansiri, Arunachal Pradesh. We the people of Daporijo are getting very slow data, hardly 1kb could open. Really! our public are facing very bad networking of Airtel Tower at Daporijo. Airtel company take positive response🙏

@Airtel_Presence Hi Dimpy and Ritu as I discussed on the call it’s not the resolution I was expecting initially, just changing a plan is not resolution, I want my connection back on prepaid without paying a single penny, @airtelindia can’t migrate any connection from prepaid to postpaid.

@airtelindia i have purchased the family pack of postpaid service on my airtel no 8340168732 and the internet speed was good for two to three days but after that it has been constantly poor and now i am unable to use the internet properly , please fix it ASAP

And when we tried to terminate the service (during lockdown) we were asked to visit the Airtel office to terminate the connection. Since, we didn't do it, the bill is still accruing. Seems that @airtelindia surpasses most service providers in bad after-sales support.

@airtelindia I have a query.i am using Ur fiber broadband service and at 2.4 GHz band I'm not getting speed above 40 Mbps. Your service team says that you will not get speeds above 40 in Airtel 2.4 GHz band. I feel this is cheating on your behalf. The router provided with 1/2
