    What has happened to @airtelindia Data not working since from Morning, using BSNL as an alternative options..Why should we pay postpaid bills around 0.9K,when we are not able to use the Resources. You Keep saying improving-2 from few months and I am seeing worst @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia U need to display a troubleshooting country wise guide for prepaid International Roaming in your website. My issue was resolved after a week with WA messages and calls to customer care. Your IR FAQs in website are general and do not help. Thanks.

    A humble request to @airtelindia to revisit their customer care services. We can't wait for 10 days to get issues such as discrepancy in internet connection resolved. Can't run after getting a complain filed, which has become a daily thing these days. #sunilmittal
