Airtel broadband service is horrible. There is no internet for the past 2 days and every time your customer support says 4 hrs for the resolution. Extremely poor service for those who are your customers for a decade now. HORRIBLE! @airtelindia @airtelnews

@airtelindia After resetting mobile handset,Airtel SIM card lost network signals.For the same SIM card,visited three Airtel reailers but every time your system rejected my I'd with"name mismatch/live photo error etc".

@airtelindia What is going on ? My wifi is not working from last 20 days and there is no resolution of this problem. I called to the man who fixed the wifi in my house , he is not picked up my call . Very disappointing service Look into this matter as soon as possible.

@airtelindia your Broadband internet service interrupted for the 4th time in 15 days and every time I just receive a message from the Airtel service will be up in 5 or 6 hours almost all the day is gone by then.Anyone looking for good broadband please don't go for Airtel
