@ViCustomerCare @airtelindia is far better than Vodafone. Airtel never deducted fraud vas charges. But Vodafone is loosing customer that's why they are deducting my money for vas. How pathetic service from vi call center.

So basically when I had to make payment I got the call within an hour from @Airtel_Presence and all the formalities got completed within 30 min. Now when they had to do the installation within an hour as per the executive I'm still waiting Great service @airtelindia @VittalGopal
