    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews concern notyet resolved, as told I have done restart of phone but the issue is still as it was. Do we have technical team to actual work on this and close the issue.

    @airtelindia unable to select network in my area i recide in gadchiroli pin 442605 whenever i select network manually it unable to select but shows the network availibility in list with other network

    @airtelindia what kind of service are you providing to your black customer. Your customer service team lacks basic knowledge to cater a request. Requested for relocation but the technician refused to cater the request whereas your competitor Jio is providing service here.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Airtel Xstream Fiber relocation issue – extremely poor service. I shifted from Nanganallur to Mylapore on June 6. On the same day, Airtel disconnected my connection and collected all equipment. Till today (June 14), WiFi is NOT installed at the new location despite multiple complaints and daily follow-ups. Every day I’m told “engineer will come today” but no one shows up. DTH was fixed after several days, but Fiber is still pending for 9 days. This is unacceptable.     @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Poor customer care and service in a race to compete for revenue and profits. Firstly single day international plans get activated without any notice. I had seen this happening in the past and had requested to switch this off.

    After the first few days of the new billing cycle the internet speed gets pathetic and they give no notification whatsoever for us to keep track of how much data we have used and is remaining for the cycle. Pathetic service @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews (2/2)

    I was charged ₹3,599 for a yearly plan with unlimited 5G data. The 5G icon is showing near the network signal, but I am not getting unlimited 5G data; instead, my data is being cut from the 2GB daily limit. Why is this happening? @airtelindia
