    Such bad and poor experience with @BhartiAirtel2 as they renewed Hotstar annual subscription without my consent and now telling me charges are valid and they can't do anything. Poor mannerless customer support as well. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Need to get this fixed.

    I had one airtel prepaid number which was active from 2012 -2021. As I didn't recharge that number it got deactivated, I visited airtel store, contacted customer care but got no help. Please reissue that number again 🙏 A loyal airtel cutomer since 2005 - Present @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel has poor customer service I have visited to Airtel store Bhandup due to number not working I got massage from Airtel for reverification but there is still veryfication pending . the staff rizwan i don't know what he is talking under his mouth

    @ShivamVahia Does the 5G speeds work when traveling in mumbai western local train line ? Also which is the network Jio or Airtel. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence network sucks while traveling on mumbai local route.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence everytime I upgrade my phone which are iPhones they always struggle to register my airtel number for iMessage and FaceTime. What could the issue be ? And finally it registers after like few weeks which is weird but Jio gets registered instantly

    @airtelindia extremely bad response for the Issue with my airtel broadband "Hi, your service request no. 10115468401 has been assigned to engineer Santosh Gupta (07947483911). He will contact you between (19 Dec 2022 06:00 PM - 07:00 PM). Inspite of this no visit by any tecnicia

    @airtelindia this is not done. my building is under common connection dish last week i will raise complaint but still not working. If not interested your team solve my problem than i will chenge this to others service provider and also give my money refund

    Really Pathetic Customer Service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Even after stopping International Roaming by calling on 121 last month,sending bill with IR charges again.Talking to customer care is really frustrating. Porting is last resort.Hope @JioCare serves better.

    @airtelindia @AmazonHelp @amazonpay Mistakenly recharged ₹195 instead of ₹199 for a basic phone user. This plan isn’t usable. Please either convert it to ₹199 or cancel & refund. Otherwise, the amount will go to waste. 🙏

Now blaming me for not recharging the same plan,even though the old plan had already expired N I’ve already shared clear proof of it. Still forcing the same scripted excuse? Fix ur system and stop misleading.

    @airtelindia For closing one connection I have wasted some 5-6 hrs and have to raise multiple requests & answer the same question multiple times. Also now there is no means to connect to customer service as it seems all data has been deleted and they have no information and history available

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My network remains stable on 5G in a full coverage area, yet data continues to be deducted from my daily quota. The Airtel Thanks app shows 'Unlimited 5G' as active, but I'm not getting the promised unlimited usage. This is not true Unlimited 5G.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia An Airtel technician visited today and informed me that the Wi-Fi is unable to connect due to the tower being located too far away, which is why it shows “No Internet Connection.” I have been advised to discontinue the Wi-Fi service.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Sorry Airtel, I am paying for a 5G unlimited plan, but I am still unable to use it on a daily basis. I have to purchase data add-ons regularly. Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible, otherwise I may switch to another network.
