    @airtelindia there is no network in phone since yesterday. Have gone to the nearest Airtel store where I have been given a new sim with same number in the name of sim swapping which was supposed to be activated in 4 hours but it's been more than 24 hours, network not in place.

    @airtelindia Now a new Jio tower installed at Deula. So please update airtel network otherwise all customers porting there sim.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia When give offer to migrate prepaid to postpaid customer does not need visit the store then why reversing the process requires visit of a store . Below no want to migrate from post paid to prepaid 9337522688

    @airtelindia it’s very bad experience with Airtel broadband service. I have raised complaint but no support getting from Airtel side. AI chat is given for customer which always reply the same thing. Complaint ID - 10087676480
