    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I think Airtel has employed IAS Officers for field job which don’t even pick the phone call of customer. Inspite of repeated followups from last three days with the field person, he is neither picking the call nor calling me back.

    @Airtel_Presence After my repeated complaints, an engineer named Manish Vohra called me and stated that there was nothing wrong with my connection on his end.
