    @airtelindia very poor customer service. I raised service request for shifting the broadband on 2nd Sep and today even after 4 days there is no contact from your team. Entire customer care is on IVR and there's no way to contact or get an update on the call raised.

    I did portout from idea services to @Airtel_Presence in belief of larger network and better coverage by them. Now suddenly the signal strength has dropped..very poor network coverage these days...@airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence kindly do something.

    @RanjanSukesh @airtelindia I took @airtelindia connection one month back but my billing information and address is wrong not as per documents submitted. Mailed and called but their staff don’t understand my issue and asking for new documents for transfer of ownership and address. internet speed is pathetic

    @Airtel_Presence No redressal yet, two days after Pvt message and got same set mindless reply from @airtelindia customer care asking for documents for change of address and ownership, which is not the case but to change same as documents submitted

    Its been 24 hrs im not able to use my wifi. In every week in face this issue and when i call to your airtel Xstream representative he dont receive the call. What a wrost service. Seriously not happy with this kind of poor service ! @airtelindia @airtelnews @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia raised more than 4 tickets in last 35 days 4 broadband issue.But still didnt get any stable resolution for Airtel Broadband speed *** modem issue.i am fed up with airtel temp resolutions and at the last asked for HAPPYCODE huhh!!
