    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, dislike doing this here but I do not have the patience to call your customer service the sixth time. My parents have been billed 10k for international roaming that never worked. This is the complaint id 31-410136433606. Please fix asap.

    @airtelindia Part 1:Took family postpaid plan and broadband, DTH reconnection from airtel very recently.I called airtel customer care to give me new DTH plan with 1 year subscription similar as Airtel Black. Got response this is for new customers and not for exisiting customers.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence its been more than 24 hours and my broadband services are not restored. How you can restrict broadband services when there is a outage for mobile internet services? If this cannot be resolved I will have to switch to another operator.

    @airtelindia Despite of Calls and mail to the customer care. Nobody bother in Air tel to reply. Every month they put some extra charges and I have to call them to correct it. Really facing problem in every month basis.
