And @airtelindia, 96 Kbps is 12 KB/s. 80% less than what 2G (EDGE) promises. And as seen from my screenshot, you're claiming connection to a 4G network. 96 Kbps is 99.84% LESS than what 4G promises (60 Mbps). Look @TRAI, how are they fooling people.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I purchased 3 months back airtel fiber plan and paid that money. Now my plan is expiring today. I ask customer care to switch my plan from quarterly to monthly. They asked me to visit store. I visited store, they said they cannot do anything 1/2

@RiseofBurnol Yes, I'm just a couple of kilometres from the @airtelindia corporate office in Chennai, and have only two-bars signal. Can't have a single decent call without voice breaking or call dropping. Have switched to whatsapp calls whenever possible

@airtelindia worst service paid the bill still its not reflecting walked upto a store and paid through him, to ensure there is no connectivity issue or payment issue still wrote multiple emails but no response neither the issue is resolved. Tired of you guys
