@IqooInd @amazonIN Iqoo 9se has some serious software bugs ,most of the UI is out-of-proportion ,poor optimization,no proper 90fps support inspite of 888 and no DC diming support,primevideo BEST HD quality is limited to 1.6 GB.Thanks for Netflix HDR though .We just need one good software update

I called #britbox because the subscription suddenly disappeared and they told me to call #PrimeVideo because they're sure it's primes fault. Funny, Prime isn't the problem (those shows work just fine) it's the #britbox subscription that disappeared! Where do I go for help now?

Check the number of tickets I have raised for the same issue. My internet is down since morning. It was down yesterday as well

I'm happy to report it appears @PrimeVideo has fixed the subtitle snafu with the new @MotoGP Unlimited docu-series. I watched tonight in UHD with subtitles -- no English dubbing. Dumb initial mistake but quick fix by Dorna, production company. HURRAH!

@AmazonHelp No worries, thanks for the response, I'll try to respond with the actual #PrimeVideo #VR app error code later but the app opens and works but when navigating to anything, it loads then fails error, even navigating to settings menu.
