    I complained to BSNL about not receiving any network on my number. "Sorry for the inconvenience caused, BSNL assures prompt action to resolve your grievance," they replied. There has been no communication since. Their customer care number doesn't work. Why ******** does it exist?

    @Paytmcare I tried to recharge my mobile from repeat recharge the mobile operator was changed from jio to bsnl and money was deducted from my wallet and recharge was also not done pls refund my money back to my account my transaction I'd is 13292615323 pls help fast

    @BSNL_OR Its been over 8 days now and our issue still not resolved, does it actually take so long to solve an issue in a city like Cuttack, is this the service being provided by BSNL??

    @BSNLCorporate Till now, no action/response is taken? What kind of service is this ?? There was not even a call back. BSNL should not provide such bad service @rsprasad

    @BSNLCorporate For last two days no bsnl mobile service in district headquarters of jhajjar. That's why people are porting to other company. It's a matter of investigation that how money paid by private operator for disabling bsnl service in jhajjar.
