    I paid 2500 as FTTH installation charge, including 500 extra for wire. Still I got 500 extra amount added to my monthly bill as one time charge. Why customer need to pay installation charge twice to vendor and then to bsnl ? Why 500 extra ? @BSNLCorporate @BSNLJHARKHAND Tell me ?

    @BSNLCorporate Do we have to know that BSNL is the worst company, it has no contribution in service. Is it the most useless company of the Government of India which is not able to provide service?

    @BSNLCorporate Have sent all details in message. Till date our problem hasn't been resolved. Bill is generated for August without connection. Please let us know, if our BSNL issues will be resolved or not. By when can we expect all the issues to be resolved.

    @BSNLCorporate Finally, we have surrendered the FTTH connection on 19-Aug-2021 with No dues receipt as it is difficult to have BSNL horrible services. To our surprise, the BSNL billed again for full month 1.8.2021 to 31.8.2021, even after NOC on 19.8.2021. Kindly rectify the same.

    @Airtel_Presence worst network speed in 4g sometimes speed in b/s not in kb/s.. even bsnl 3g is good in compare to your network.. I have already complained but nothing happens..you can't compete jio..

    @BSNLCorporate Till now my problem not resolved as of 07/09/21. Where as bill getting generated every months for not using bsnl facilities. Please look into the matter and take appropriate actions
