Tried to call the BSNL helpline number for complaint booking, but call is not connecting. Tried to register the complaint through web, but that is also not working. Sending the screenshots from the web page. Kindly verify it & help me create a new docket as soon as possible.

I am a BSNL customer and these messages came to me. A man talked to me next day and demanded documents. I denied and told him fraud. He immediately cut down the call.

@BSNLCorporate The was restored. But worked only for 24 hours. And after that the tower again get out of order. Again same problem. BSNL is not repairing tower in proper manner. Please repair it properly. We are suffering a lot.

@BSNL_KOTD Does bsnl provide advance recharge facility for 94 Recharge amount? It means may I recharge 94 INR 4 times and they will be under my account and will be activated one after one when previous one's validity gets expire. Does bsnl kolkata support this?

@Naveen79270620 @Devashishgang @idesibanda Sorry to say this dude.... But if you are really satisfied with services of BSNL.... You should try Airtel or Jio fiber once... You will really see significant differences and in case if services goes down... Just check there prompt response...

I am facing a problem in bsnl net whenever I start net in phone it gets on and after 5-6 minutes it automatically gets off and after 2-3 minutes it starts automatically It's not my phone issue I have 2different phones and 2different bsnl sim the same issue in both @BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate I know it won't be resolved.I have a proof backing this fact.More than a year back I was using BSNL.I almost never received any OTP. Hence I ported myself out. Now after a year, wanted to try BSNL again,it's still the same.@TRAI,why do I have to wait 3 months before I can switch?

@datta_arvind Currently if they raise fund via Secured NCD in india at rate 6-7% then also get money but problem is they give high data high price, they must reduce benefit with less price plan all not need 2-3 gb daily ! Good cash flow is only survive in indian market ,bsnl position improve

We are facing an issue of bsnl tower and landline services, we are paying bills regularly there is not issue in bill generation, but i have never seen worst service like this before, power cut tower out 3 to 4 time in a day can you imagine ? @BSNLCorporate
