@JioCare jio fibre fooling ppl with bad service... jiofibre shows good package but very dumb 4-5 days no service in pune hadapsar. no response from service engineer last 4-5 days every month. bsnl fibre is good and uninturrupted. we whole society banning jiofibre service soon.

@BSNLCorporate No action has been taken for all these days & services remain erratic. It gets disconnected in intervals. Why your services just can't improve? Why I have to lodge complaint repeatedly. I suspect BSNL is deliberately doing it to promote pvt players. @ianuragthakur @PMOIndia

@BSNLCorporate I have speed issue in my FTTH line (0674 2999525) since a month, Several complaints has been raised but no fix. Can someone act upon grievance BSNL/HQ/2021/EM-24116 and close it. If bandwidth is not there then help downgrade the plan and arrange necessary waiver.

All in 4 months have passed, neither I have got my refund nor receipt of my payment.. BSNL really makes one HELPLESS.. REALLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

5 days after lodging complaint, @BSNLCorporate service remain erratic, posing lots of problems in online classes & meetings. Very pathetic service. I reiterate that govt should closed down BSNL, if it can't improve its services or at least privatise it. @ianuragthakur @PMOIndia

I am traveling to spiti valley for a photo expedition. So, I wanted to port my second Airtel sim to Bsnl, today visited the bsnl office to port the number, damn the staff were so friendly, ported my number to bsnl in just 5 minutes! Great Customer Service!

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ Internet does not work properly on 9461038421. Unable to surf and download. Data connection breaks automatically in between and remaining balance info comes. Complaint earlier also, if BSNL is not able to solve the issue, I will go for MNP. Thanks.

@ChinmayDhumal Minimum speed is 2mbps already in BSNL even after FUP .... 👍 but problem is upload that max 0.73mbps ..... And i am talking about DSL Landline Broadband.

@PMOIndia I have tweeted to your office last week and again today I am, sir pls shut down BSNL ,they cannot resolve a complaint even in 10days. I pleaded with them because schools are online now . Half yearly exam is on ,but they never responded to anything. Totally hopeless.

@Vijaykarnataka But the problem is speed,BSNL giving only 3G service,central govt purposefully killing BSNL by not allowing it in 4G spectrum action to help its favourite crony capitalists,since 2014 central BJP govt handover all our PSU’s to crony capitalists for its election funds & kickbacks

@BSNLCorporate gives you only 20 mbps while charges for 💯 mbps. None from #BSNL responds to you. They keep on ignoring at least in @bsnlupe Never seen any higher authority taking any complaint seriously. By next month if it persists, I would switch to @airtelindia
