    @TRAI BSNL IS OFTEN BLAMING GOVERNMENT FOR ITS BANKRUPTCY. IT IS TOTALLY BLAME GAME. IT'S UNSATISFACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ACTUAL REASON BEHIND IT'S WORSENING CONDITION ACROSS THE COUNTRY. @BSNLCorporate

    Really bad service at ambala, haryana bsnl internet.... I have complaint many time but solutions is temporary not permanent... Whenever electricity cut down internet also got down spoke with bsnl they told me we don't have backup for electricity cut.....why??????

    @BSNLCorporate The same you had said last time also when I had complained. Whenever I complained on Twitter abt the problem, internet work good. But after some hours it shuts again. I think there is human problem in our area bsnl office. Like me there are 1000s of people facing same problem.

    @sardesairajdeep @RahulGandhi mobile providers are more interested in cities where they get more income per person. Only PSU companies like BSNL can help. But BSNL subscribers it’s drastically reducing every day as Govt is not much keen to revive BSNL. Even in cities BSNL notable to give good indoor coverage

    @BSNLCorporate This is the repeated issue and what is your preventive action? Every month 4 times such type and different types issues will occur but no proper maintenance in bsnl, no immediate support due to this my work as well many user work will get hamper and how you compensate this?

    @BSNLCorporate No use of highlighting anywhere.. no action taken till now.. complete waste of time requesting a govt sector (bsnl) for service.. this is why the govt sectors are operating in loss.. highly dissatisfied with bsnl..

    @aktupidit @PappuItaly @SHIju513 Bsnl servicr eas disgusting in other part od India..so as MTNL..having said that if you dont like jio you can use other network..similar to this the new law will give you option if you dont want to sell your produce to someone you can sell it to others

    @BSNLCorporate My LL 5812547475 is 21 years old. Copper broadband is not working good. I want to move on BSNL FIBER but it's plans are costly in comparison of other companies. If the plan goes down. I will choose it.

    WTF @JioCare What kind of service r u providing. Ur service is worst service in India even BSNL is better than u. I have signal tower just 100mtr away and ur IVR is saying this no is out of service. I dont know where u could provide service if u cant in 100mtr radius.

    @BSNL_CHTD I am using BSNL FTTH at home with HIKVISION NVR. Now HIKVISION NVR not working online. If change another ISP to connect With NVR it’s working fine. BSNL Should solve this issue ASAP

    @rsprasad I have a BSNL land-line connection numbered -0712-2243077. There have been recurring problems and despite complaining 10 times the matter is never investigated and the case is closed. I'm urging you to look into the matter as I feel I've exhausted all the other options.

    @BSNLCorporate So are you willing to help me getting my recharge back where money was deducted two times? I am asking for help from 26 th May..bsnl is as shameless as nobody else
