    @BSNLCorporate My LL plan in respect of my phone 0674-2465512 has been unilateraly fixed by you with out my consent & levied higher tariff. Pl fix my planas SUPER VALUE BSNL CUL(149) with immediate effect & correct my previous two bills accordingly. My a/c No.8000067597 & C. Id 3000067596.

    @BSNL_OR BSNL is more particular in sending SMSs to pay bills forgetting the basic duty to provide service. No calls from LL in going out from Kausalyaganga Exchange, BBSR since last evening. No body bothers. Unfortunate BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR Day by day bsnl service became very poor in our area,Tower not working properly,no power backup system, still now many people loves bsnl but due to bsnl staff's monopoly system service too bad. Khelar BSNL XCHANGE,NIMAPADA,PURI,ODISHA

    @BSNLCorporate i have been facing extremely slow speed on bsnl fiber for past 2 week. But inspite of repeated complaints no one helps. my telephone no is 6758296452..a/c no 8008142515 .. Nimapada , Puri, Odisha... no other options except disconnecting this horrible service.

    No internet since morning. Raised complaint. But no one is there to resolve. Spoke to one of the Staff in BSNL, Puri office at 2 pm. He said within 2 hours internet service will be restored. But no help. Please help. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR

    @rsprasad I'v visited 4 times to the office and even complained to the CGM at Bhubaneswar for restoration of the service but of no avail for the fibre BB service provided by BSNL .Lost valuable times for child's education due to failure Internet service.Can u please interfere.

    @BSNL_OR Non provision of changing service under BSNL self care portal compelled me to opt National portal to surrender my BB service in my LL 0674 2465512 vide Docket No.ORS/CO/2020/5995 dated 6.9.2020.Request earliest action. No scope to opt or opt out service is dishonesty.

    @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial I have ported two MTNL numbers to bsnl. Unable to do tele verification through 1507. The customer care is not able to hear me. Please check your records for verifying how many times I have attempted this. How am I supposed to use the bsnl sims?

    Sir have been facing incoming and outgoing call issues for the past 8 months. I visited the BSNL office several times, and the staff advised me to replace my SIM, but even after getting a new SIM, the same problem continues. I have also contacted customer care @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate i tried multiple times for the upc code for porting purpose, but i am not getting any sms reply on my porting sms request.. what kind of issue is it ? are you deliberately not providing upc code,so that I stay with bsnl and suffer bsnl poor network
