    @rsprasad I'v visited 4 times to the office and even complained to the CGM at Bhubaneswar for restoration of the service but of no avail for the fibre BB service provided by BSNL .Lost valuable times for child's education due to failure Internet service.Can u please interfere.

    @BSNL_OR Non provision of changing service under BSNL self care portal compelled me to opt National portal to surrender my BB service in my LL 0674 2465512 vide Docket No.ORS/CO/2020/5995 dated 6.9.2020.Request earliest action. No scope to opt or opt out service is dishonesty.

    @SureshM93811101 Sir / Madam Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Begar Telephone Exchange is having poor power backup. BSNL will install a new Battery pack to improve the network availability on priority. .

    @BSNLCorporate I would like to port my two nos to bsnl. Pls tell me tentative date for roll out of 4G because many of my friend also want to connect with bsnl but after launching of 4G network in their area. Is it possible to launch in jan. 2023 .

    @TelecomTalk BSNL and, MTNL maybe service is bad, but know how to care about India. As Jio is only a money making business, take money and Jio forgets the customers, Airtel and Vi better.

    I've been trying to recharge my BSNL number from past 2 days with my Gpay account, but every time its showing "Try again, we are having trouble reaching your bank". Now I have 2 bank accounts, tried from both of them and got same result. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD please help.

    @BSNL_BR I told him,on 2nd-3rd floor by searching network bsnl 2g comes in the list and few time latter it again disappear plz do something sir Then they spoke I ve already send few location where too much network problem is there In that 1 tower ll be in kanthudih or dharora but not sure
