COVID cases are high in my city (Udaipur,Rajasthan) and near by BSNL office is in micro containment zone.if not then pls do put a provision for online cancellation or surrender.

Too much down time, poor network coverage, BTS without power back-up and very poor maintenance. Bhai saab nahi chalega.
