    @PMOIndia Your words in Brazilia will sound hollow if you can not save BSNL and other Telecom companies from the apparent doom ..giving VRS to thousands of employees can't be a solution as many thousand crores shall be wasted in giving them retirement benefits!

    @BSNLCorporate We are having two Connections in Udaipur City with No. 0294-2940321 and 0294-2940425.and Plan is 777 plus gst....It is quite poor on the part of BSNL That past two days inspite of lodging complain internet is not working. And no body is listening

    @BSNLCorporate I was with private internet company last month but considering good connectivity I switched to BSNL but that was my worst decision since you people dont deserve good customer....CA ROMIL JAIN. UDAIPUR 9929411361

    Company increased here plans my problem is almost 5years I complain in @BSNLCorporate office in case I talk here network head & my area BSNL network is not 2g I can't attend calls @airtelindia show my area coverage is good but net. & calls not possible then why we pay more @TRAI

    @TRAI company increase her plans & I complain for network in last 5year I talk her network team I meet & provide a letter I try everything but @BSNLCorporate network is not improve in my location bsnl network is not available not 2g network & Indian go for 5g seriously

    BSNL worst telecom services in India . If there Employee’s don’t get paid it’s because of them only . If you won’t work and ask for money that’s is not employee that’s called as beggar . BSNL people don’t even bother about any customer . # BSNL Rajasthan

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ I want mnp to bsnl but your office is closed Can you help me of open more center. Ask bsnl employee add 100 new connection see magic bsnl become gaint again. Allow sim delivery at door step I assure you get ur old customer again.

    @BSNLCorporate No use at all for People. This is only for advertising purpose. I'm using BSNL broadband for last 5 years and I asked @BSNL_KL to change this to FTH connection since 2022 Feb. Still Waiting..! BSNL have good plans but their service is pathetic and it will results their failure.

    @BSNL_CHTD Want to stop ECS for postpaid connection. The Bsnl office nearby told me to cancel it from the bank's end. However this cannot be done at the bank's end . The same BSNL office gave me the number of Mount Road office, who didn't pick up my call.Please guide me on this!

    Don’t mean to discredit anyone But my experience with government offices in India e.g India Post, RTO, Public Sector Banks, PWD, PF, BSNL, Municipality etc haven’t been very friendly Employees barely respect time and believes in delivering excellent customer/citizen experience

    @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate from yesterday morning 8 am, there is no signal in my town pincode-782460, Diphu Karbi Anglong, Assam is this the service we accept from Bsnl? i went to bsnl office to complain still no solution please help

    @DoT_India Please look into this matter as it's pathetic & disgraceful what type of service they are providing I have addressed all my concerns, now i just got a message from my personal contact at bsnl saying it will take 3-4days! And i am really angry now my holidays are also ruined

    @Kunal_Kapoor2 We regret the inconvenience caused to you. We are keen to resolve your problem. presently 4G is not available in Ludhiana. BSNL is planing 4G as per Govt of India guideline . we assure you better service in future. please stay with BSNL
