COVID cases are high in my city (Udaipur,Rajasthan) and near by BSNL office is in micro containment zone.if not then pls do put a provision for online cancellation or surrender.

Praveen Dubey (@Praveen433805) reported@IndianTechGuide It's good that they are launching 5G, but they should first fix and improve their 4G network properly. Even then, BSNL will become quite good, and people won't even look at other SIM cards. The current condition of BSNL is very pathetic.

But in 2019, at my office and home, the BSNL network stopped working and was tired of it and then switched to Jio. It’s not about whether they rollout 5G services or cheap internet but if their network coverage is bad, then what’s the use.
