    @TRAI company increase her plans & I complain for network in last 5year I talk her network team I meet & provide a letter I try everything but @BSNLCorporate network is not improve in my location bsnl network is not available not 2g network & Indian go for 5g seriously

    BSNL worst telecom services in India . If there Employee’s don’t get paid it’s because of them only . If you won’t work and ask for money that’s is not employee that’s called as beggar . BSNL people don’t even bother about any customer . # BSNL Rajasthan

    Company increased here plans my problem is almost 5years I complain in @BSNLCorporate office in case I talk here network head & my area BSNL network is not 2g I can't attend calls @airtelindia show my area coverage is good but net. & calls not possible then why we pay more @TRAI

    @PMOIndia Your words in Brazilia will sound hollow if you can not save BSNL and other Telecom companies from the apparent doom ..giving VRS to thousands of employees can't be a solution as many thousand crores shall be wasted in giving them retirement benefits!

    @BSNLCorporate We are having two Connections in Udaipur City with No. 0294-2940321 and 0294-2940425.and Plan is 777 plus gst....It is quite poor on the part of BSNL That past two days inspite of lodging complain internet is not working. And no body is listening

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ I want mnp to bsnl but your office is closed Can you help me of open more center. Ask bsnl employee add 100 new connection see magic bsnl become gaint again. Allow sim delivery at door step I assure you get ur old customer again.

    @BSNLCorporate I was with private internet company last month but considering good connectivity I switched to BSNL but that was my worst decision since you people dont deserve good customer....CA ROMIL JAIN. UDAIPUR 9929411361

    @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate can i cancel or surrender my connection online. COVID cases are high in my city (Udaipur,Rajasthan) and near by BSNL office is in micro containment zone.if not then pls do put a provision for online cancellation or surrender.

    @AditiIndiaFirst @thekaipullai BSNL has probably the best infrastructure in rural India. But like any Govt run organisation, it is terribly managed. Ideally they should sell off the infrastructure and the assets to private operators at an auction.. The only win win solution..!

Unless u cant run PSUs like pvt co.s with hire/fire/performance-based-career/no-reservation, the latest 1.64 lak crores in BSNL too will go down the drain!

    @thekaipullai Babus did not bankrupt it. The policy makers did. If these financial assistance were given the time it was needed to sustain the market with new value added additions, BSNL should be India's prime service provider and india would have felt better abt its govt!

    @BSNL_PB I customer of BSNL AIR FIBRE 0161-2960442 my Internet connection is down from last 25 days. I am asking my local vendor to fix it but he is not taking it seriously and now he even don’t bother to answer my calls I even try calling local sdo but no one could get it fix

    @goanpaoofficial BSNL mobile network is much better than any of the private operators. If we all support BSNL, than the same could upgrade their towers within their own properties such as BSNL offices & Post Offices

    @BSNL_OR Facing no internet access issue for 3 days. It's an intermittent issue, the internet is getting disconnected most frequently. Raised ticket : 16618308482 on bsnl self-portal, but no one contacted yet and the issue still persists. This is how customer service is.

    @BSNLCorporate Here service is very horrible. You have very big building of bsnl. No one is here to solve issue on immediate bases.... People is staying 40-50 km far from this area....

    @thekaipullai BSNL is worst, waste of money investing in it to revive. They hardly work, they come by 11 , go for lunch by 1, come by 3 and leave by 5. I am not making it up, my close college friend joined as jto and I have seen him doing that.
