  @airtelindia I recently shifted to Surat, Gujarat. What I observed is very low signal strength near ONGC Hazira plant resulting us to shifting to BSNL both prepaid and postpaid. Whole India is getting 5G and here not getting any signal? Please share the reasons if any

  @BSNLCorporate have raised complaint with a bsnl app recharge where money was deducted and was told it would be refunded in 2 days been over 15 days and still no sign of amount complaint being closed without resolution E3016157079974 and E3016157079566 both have been closed

  This Is a total harassment from BSNL side. I have submitted broadband disconnect letter to bsnl staff in their service centre 1.5 years backIN SHAHEED DWEEP at that time I don't have any outstanding.but now they send me lok Adalat notice

  @bsnl_care I received no data But sadly you closed my complaint without resolving the issue. This same thing happened also in the past thrice. I came into the conclusion that BSNL having no data service, that's why BSNL customers are dwindling day by day

  @BSNL_GJ BSNL People are good. However BSNL FTTH contractor has misbeahaved and abused me at my residence during their FTTH introduction in front of Official. informed this incident to Vasna Telephone exchange Ahmedaabad. My Landline and Internet are not working since 26042026
