@BSNLCorporate I have again got a message today the complaint is closed but still my phone is not working. Why is Bsnl closing calls without resolution. My father is 75 years old who is the land line and BSNL is causing undue stress for him. when will it be resolved ?

@bsnl_tt Hi,Hyd, Gachibowli, complaint is 130636509721 on 23 Jan 23, rep of bsnl called and said, he is coming in 15 minutes at about 1140hrs. After 1330hrs, I enquired He said" Iam SUPERVISER,I WILL NOT COME. MY TECHNICIAN WILL ATTEND". In bsnl #supervisers does't work.
