    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW @MIB_India My fathers BSNL sim is locked, so i dialed to BSNL helpline/customer care for solution. Rather than listening properly, they were ignorant and told to contact later, one executive told that server is down..call after 4hr. Plz resolve this.

    @TechFactsRafee my primary number is BSNL since 2003. no customer service expected from them but then many people there surprised me since then including recent times when someone from the office asked me to collect a security refund cheque - never heard this from any private player.
