  @BSNLCorporate I've been facing constant outages & poor service with my BSNL Fiber connection in my hometown. Every weekend & whenever it rains, the net goes down - sometimes for days. Local support is unresponsive & rude. I rely on this for remote work. Please help.

  @prakshepaastr I never had a problem with any other operator except this time on bsnl. Somehow the guy only wanted an aadhaar!!

  @IndiaPostOffice Poor service. Better shut down the entire India Post. Next is non-functional BSNL.

  Not every pending or disputed payment is a fraud or scam — that's a gross oversimplification. A fraud is when there’s intentional deception, forgery, or illegal enrichment. In this BSNL–Jio case, CAG itself clarified that it's a technical billing dispute over how different LTE technologies (FDD vs TDD) were interpreted under the contract. It also mentions that BSNL failed to invoke the arbitration clause in time — meaning the fault lies with administrative inaction, not criminal intent. The money is recoverable, the issue is out in public due to transparency audits, and there’s no evidence Jio stole, forged, or bribed to avoid payment. That’s not a scam — it’s poor contract enforcement by a PSU. Throwing the word “scam” loosely for every mistake only dilutes real corruption. If everything is called fraud without understanding the legal framework, you’re not exposing the system — you’re misinforming people.

  @stufflistings BSNL has network coverage here, but the internet speed is too low, so it's not useful for me. BSNL is good for basic use like making calls and sending SMS.

  In the larger scheme of things, this amount doesn't seem worth the reputational risk, diplomatic isolation and certainly not the current tariff catastrophe. This is basically just equivalent to another inane BSNL “revival package”. Even domestically, it would be a hard sell to portray it as a W, coz people never say lower prices at the pump and feel fleeced.

  @bsnl_care No matter what you do… when the BSNL local office itself is not willing to work, what’s the point of customer service? No resolution, no accountability — just closing complaints without fixing anything. Absolutely frustrating!
