    @BSNLCorporate @jagograhakjago Whenever I call someone, I get connected to BSNL customer care. Not getting OTPs for 90 days. Care takes 5 min to reach a person who can’t fix it & asks to visit office. My money wasted.

    @JM_Scindia @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD - BSNL service in Kolkata ( proper Kolkata city ) is becoming from Bad to PATHETIC !! Network is fluctuating immensely, using data is a nightmare ( constant buffering) ..... do BSNL ppl get salary of is it just they are doing social service?

    I initiated MNP request 2 port frm BSNL to Airtel.The scheduled porting time was May 9th 23:22. It has been over 1 hrs, but my BSNL SIM is still active & receiving calls,while myAirtel SIM is not working.Pls look into this transition issue urgently @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
