To give you the context, BSNL 3G is working faster than your 5G. Have shared the details. Let me know once it's fixed. And don't revert with "Network is working fine" BS. Because it isn't!!!

BSNL charge hefty amount for its monthly broadband service but instead of whole month their services work only for 18-20 days. They clearly shuts the internet on weekends so that no one can use data

Efficiency and good service to customers is the key. The employees are negligent. Not giving service bcz their job is assured. Not bothered about srvice.
