@CMDBSNL @ErosNow First BSNL should take pride in providing better service to its customers regarding calls and internet on mobiles. When all other networks are provided 4G with better connectivity and super net speed BSNL is fighting to upgrade it's towers.

Hmm !! Urs my humble request to the team and the department to follow the #4G services on the bsnl network Soon. It's fine and working good I guess dont know much more but not that much free as @JioCare let me see for the whole day.

@CMDBSNL will BSNL services in India improve and come to level of other private network like, Airtel, jio, vodafone. It's internet connectivity is worst as compared to other network. In kerela it's so pathetic that 2G is also not available with proper speed.

After one Year using @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL my 4G Sim for my all until this last day was using @JioCare yesteday after bad network thrown the jio Sim and now recharged my 4G sim for usage let me see how do it fits for me expecting a lot from bsnl.

@George53419980 @Nameis_Vishal @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL I had unable to check the speed as the 4G service is not started with bsnl in my city hope that it will be launching next month so will be only using the service and would check.

I paid 2500 as FTTH installation charge, including 500 extra for wire. Still I got 500 extra amount added to my monthly bill as one time charge. Why customer need to pay installation charge twice to vendor and then to bsnl ? Why 500 extra ? @BSNLCorporate @BSNLJHARKHAND Tell me ?

@Subytweets @jay_ambadi @BSNLCorporate They didn’t fold for that really. BSNL was the biggest blessing in small towns and rural India. I had fibre optic internet, mobile phones that had good networks, land lines etc. Now you get whatever network Jio or Airtel gives you.

@BSNL_GO my Bsnl landline (0832-2418086) is dead for last 3 month. Multiple complaints have been raised. Like a typical Babu Organization no action - hopeless service. Now I have got a monthly bill- why should I pay if you cannot provide the promised services??

@BSNLCorporate @BSEIndia I have taken bsnl optical fiber postpaid plan and Everytime it have some issue and some time it disconnected or smtime suffering frm bad speed. A/c no 8008327497.. I hv 100mbps plan & in normal days, I m getting 50 mbps or smtime nothing.

@Airtel_Presence why do you introducing new planes and promos on tv too much? BSNL 3G network way better than ur 4G. Airtel is very pathetic in term of network. Your customer service is worse than ur network. I have network issue frm last 6m but nobody care about even though.

@TelecomTalk For my Normal Usage, I think BSNL ₹118 for 26 days is very decent enough. But if BSNL has 4g then 2GB/Day, 100sms, unlimited call, caller tune for ₹499 only. This price kills the compitition and also help BSNL to gain ARPU. @BSNL_ka_Bandhan what do you think?
