    BSNL services in kerela is worst but all over India they are advertising with slogan of connecting India and connecting people. In reality cheating people by charging higher for every plans. Decades old communication towers but advertisement advance. Very sorry state.

    @George53419980 @Nameis_Vishal @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL I had unable to check the speed as the 4G service is not started with bsnl in my city hope that it will be launching next month so will be only using the service and would check.

    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @CMDBSNL will BSNL services in India improve and come to level of other private network like, Airtel, jio, vodafone. It's internet connectivity is worst as compared to other network. In kerela it's so pathetic that 2G is also not available with proper speed.

    @CMDBSNL @ErosNow Services provided by BSNL is worst compared other networks. Charges are maximum for minimum facilities. Only Government sector people are bound to use this network and then CEO of BSNL will say the company is in loss. It should be shut down.

    After one Year using @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL my 4G Sim for my all until this last day was using @JioCare yesteday after bad network thrown the jio Sim and now recharged my 4G sim for usage let me see how do it fits for me expecting a lot from bsnl.

    @CMDBSNL @ErosNow First BSNL should take pride in providing better service to its customers regarding calls and internet on mobiles. When all other networks are provided 4G with better connectivity and super net speed BSNL is fighting to upgrade it's towers.

    Hmm !! Urs my humble request to the team and the department to follow the #4G services on the bsnl network Soon. It's fine and working good I guess dont know much more but not that much free as @JioCare let me see for the whole day.

    @PanditChunni @CMDBSNL Well said mam. Bsnl job is to blame private telecom only. But they never improve their network.

    @ViCustomerCare @PrimeVideoIN Network slow aur n rhne ki aur Internet bilkul n chalne ki dusre shikayat app pe krta hu, 2 din bad msg aayega your problem resolved. Jhuthe hi resolved kuch bhi antar nhi rhta. Ap logo ke service se acha to BSNL chal jata h mere yha. Worst network I have seen ever.

    @BSNL_KOTD Dear BSNL, I have a broadband for which i am paying Rs.900/- plus every month. But on your service , I am not satisfied as the speed I am getting is less than 3 MBPS and especially on Sundays I am not at all getting a decent connectivity speed. Pl rectify the problem.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Location 134003, Lohgarh,manakpur,dangdehri, Ambala City _here bsnl failing to provide service but lots of customers including bank,industries, and personal home users if you wish to provide your services here it may be good for you and us aswell.

    @narendramodi Respected PM sir you did lots of good work and work style in all departments changed but for BSNL it is still same old story book a connection and just wait they will take their own time to respond & I followed for 3months and gave up, worst experience of my life

    @BSNLCorporate My exact location in NTPC colony jamnipali korba. I have purchased broadband service 6 years back. Despite having other networks I am still with bsnl with hope that someday it will at par with jio, idea, airtel but now I am tired of no internet situation of bsnl. Solve .
