BSNL services in kerela is worst but all over India they are advertising with slogan of connecting India and connecting people. In reality cheating people by charging higher for every plans. Decades old communication towers but advertisement advance. Very sorry state.

After one Year using @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL my 4G Sim for my all until this last day was using @JioCare yesteday after bad network thrown the jio Sim and now recharged my 4G sim for usage let me see how do it fits for me expecting a lot from bsnl.

@CMDBSNL @ErosNow First BSNL should take pride in providing better service to its customers regarding calls and internet on mobiles. When all other networks are provided 4G with better connectivity and super net speed BSNL is fighting to upgrade it's towers.

@CMDBSNL will BSNL services in India improve and come to level of other private network like, Airtel, jio, vodafone. It's internet connectivity is worst as compared to other network. In kerela it's so pathetic that 2G is also not available with proper speed.

@bsindia @manchandamegha In the VRS document it was stated that the dues will be paid in 2 installments, one in 2019-20 and next in 2020-21. This will help the retirees to get tax benefits in 2 years. Now if they are giving as one instalment in 2020-21 then the tax outgoing will be higher. #BSNL #vrs

Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

@CMDBSNL @ErosNow Services provided by BSNL is worst compared other networks. Charges are maximum for minimum facilities. Only Government sector people are bound to use this network and then CEO of BSNL will say the company is in loss. It should be shut down.

@King_himanshu08 In my city - Chennai, both airtel and jio is having good 5g speed. I don't know what's your frustration. Ya. Price is a bit hiked but the service of both is very good compared with BSNL which is decades backward with 3G. Even BSNL has hiked the prices without any upgrades.

@Ravisutanjani Govt favoured & mend policies in support of one telco which caused compelte monopoly in telecom&restricted BSNL to delay its 4G launch which made private telcos to expand scale at everywhere. Now they are making profits.Poor people are suffering. Soon min500 plan will be there

@manukr016 @guptakunaljee Yrr bhot confusion hai please correct karna agr mai glt hu to. Aapki sim BSNL hai right? Aur ye VI ke network se connect hai. If yes then how did you do that generally BSNL kim sim se VI 4G select karne par service unavailable show hota hai. Aur aapki sim kis state ki hai.

BSNL 2G is garbage in North India.. It's only good in T.N, Kerala, A.P, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana and Assam. Rest of the circles it's not even good just for calls. Vi 2G is miles ahead specially in circles with 900 MHz 2G.

@bedford_colleen I have wondered that as well. For someone who was a care worker with a level 2 NVQ and can use BSNL, has never owned or run a business where she could have accumulated such wealth. There is something fishy here and it's not just her ginger growler. @AngelaRayner
