Despite complaints service engineer says 'boss not approving required infrastructure'. This is specefically the attitude #BSNL is in loss.

Private operators like Jio and Airtel are largely 4G/5G, but BSNL’s rural coverage gaps mean some villages are genuinely still on 2G or EDGE. The line wasn’t about cities — it was about those last-mile pockets that BharatNet and RoW Rules are specifically designed to fix.
