Despite complaints service engineer says 'boss not approving required infrastructure'. This is specefically the attitude #BSNL is in loss.

Phone number 0191-2952938. Area Gadigarh exchange. Local Vendor says it will take15 days for speed to increase,but billing already started. Pl help
