I hve changed from Airtell to Idea to vodaphone to BSNL, but no signal (net work). Have been requestng the IT Minister Shri @rsprasad for the last 7 yrs bt to no avail. It nds, a tower nearby to improve.

The field executive says I have to pay ₹3,800 for the modem and the router is chargeable separately, while BSNL customer care says both the modem and router are provided free of cost. Please clarify the official policy and assign a proper technician. pavan kumar (@bhatpk91) reportedDay 5 with no BSNL FTTH service. Despite multiple complaints to Customer Care, the local BSNL office, DGM, and higher authorities, there is still no response or resolution. Complaint tickets are being closed without fixing the issue. This is unacceptable.
