P) where, there is absolutely no connectivity of any service provider incl BSNL. Several persons incl me hve changed multiply service..

I hve changed from Airtell to Idea to vodaphone to BSNL, but no signal (net work). Have been requestng the IT Minister Shri @rsprasad for the last 7 yrs bt to no avail. It nds, a tower nearby to improve.

India Post (@IndiaPostOffice) reported@mrjoshimanoj As per response received from concerned po it is submitted that the network failure was a PAN India issue and faced by all Post Offices. The matter was raised with System Manager had intimated that BSNL had reported that NSP1 was down in DC Mumbai and the issue was taken up with BSNL Any inconvenience caused is regretted.

The docket F1123162651397 was about VoWiFi service unavailability. Here the concern raised is about unavailability of sms on bsnl 4G.
