All services are worst ever i have experienced as my bill plan is 449 and bsnl is sending me a bill of rupees 779.And also the service remains off almost 25 days in a month and some times it works only for 10 minutes a day however,bill amount comes on time and more than that

@BSNL_BR I told him,on 2nd-3rd floor by searching network bsnl 2g comes in the list and few time latter it again disappear plz do something sir Then they spoke I ve already send few location where too much network problem is there In that 1 tower ll be in kanthudih or dharora but not sure

@BSNL_PB its regret that bsnl service is worst in india nd im facing an irritating problem my landline number 01824-220112 is offline before 2 month and i'm still requesting to bsnl officers to cheak my problm.i'm shoked officers said me to change @BSNLCorporate to other oprator

@BSNLCorporate What kind of unique system is this, BSNL closed my complaint with my phone still dead. I have raised a fresh complaint (docket number 130418225972) this time please request then to make phone line functional before closing the case.

@BSNLCorporate When will it launch on kochi, Kerala. No maintenance at kochi bsnl tower. Bsnl is condition is very worst at Kochi. If you guys took more time to fix it, I will definitely port out from bsnl.
