    @BSNLCorporate @jagograhakjago Whenever I call someone, I get connected to BSNL customer care. Not getting OTPs for 90 days. Care takes 5 min to reach a person who can’t fix it & asks to visit office. My money wasted.

    I am sorry if I travelled back in time I would be too gagged by the slow internet speed (might BSNL 2G era) to do anything about it

    No one wants to identify the real problem (Ground realities). It is the best reason for the reduction of the customer base in DELHI like cities. In these areas there are huge opportunities for earning BUMPER REVENUE. Being a BSNL STAFF, I want to retain at least one number.😢

    @sandeep_PT Govt is govt,Govt may appoint intelligent senier staff ,but below those who are working arrogant, They work , may not salary will credit, there is no proper finish,of assign job,If complaint BSNL for any issue, senior staff respect, junior tech team worst in world,

    @PetroleumMin Online gas booking are not supported by BSNL, There is problem in delivering OTP message by BSNL They are not sending messages of OTP . @HardeepSPuri sir please look at this.
