@bsnl_ap_circle yesterday all of a sudden sim stopped working and when I approached bsnl service at vizag they asked me to get replaced with digital kyc with a change of ₹100 & I did. But it is not yet activated. When will it get activated? Pls advise!

@BSNLCorporate System not accepted to revalidate my number 9234590378 at VSP with rs. 35, 45. Mobile shop sales technician too failed. Customer care didn't respond. BSNL base customer care not bothered to lift phone. Very bad culture. Parasite to government and public.

With Jio, you can never talk to customer care — only a computer keeps saying “we will answer your questions.” For 3 years I’ve been complaining, but nothing has been solved. WiFi is always slow, calls don’t connect. Honestly, BSNL is far better than Jio. @reliancejio

Hey @reliancejio @JioCare What's happening? I'm trying to call my friend's BSNL number (starts with 91), but I keep getting "The dialed number is invalid." The same number works fine with Airtel, BSNL & VI, but not on Jio. Even with another Jio, the issue persists. Please help

@BSNL_OR But generally call quality is bad. I have recently ported on from Airtel and bought a new bsnl sim. Recharged with long term plans..both are experiencing call drops all the time right in the middle of Bhubaneswar..so I have to fall back on Airtel again. What to say?
