BSNL service is the worst service on earth. I recharged for R. 118 and received payment successful message from bsnl. But my balance is nil. Tried to report to cust. Care and nodal officer for the last 2 days. Highly irresponsible staff.

@HansrajMeena BSNL is a loss-making money pit where the government keeps burning taxpayer money just to keep it alive. Meanwhile, Jio and Airtel are profitable companies providing good service to most users. Everyone happily used free SIMs and free data without thinking about the consequences

Hey @BSNLCorporate I am unable to receive incoming calls nor make outgoing calls on my BSNL mobile because of very weak signal inside my house. I have to step outside my house to get good signal on my mobile. Please help. Check DM for mobile number and other details. #BSNL

@BSNL_CHTD We have a bsnl landline for almost 3 decades...off late the service is horrible and monthly 3 times the line is at fault..can we expect a better service..
