BSNL service is the worst service on earth. I recharged for R. 118 and received payment successful message from bsnl. But my balance is nil. Tried to report to cust. Care and nodal officer for the last 2 days. Highly irresponsible staff.

@BSNLCorporate I have mentioned the word extra what does it means? I think from this all bsnl employees doesn’t even the problems they always work on their perception? Make the correction in the bill and contact the concerned the person.

@BSNLCorporate my bsnl no 9412224604 (up west) not having network since 10 jun 21.i have called so many times from other number but still no solution .very bad service by bsnl.i m using bsnl since last 6 yeras now i can understant why people not taking bsnl.pathetic

Will your service EVER return to that meant for the 21st century? When "198" is used and a complaint is lodged the STATUS plays "WORK in PROGRESS" for EVEN 3 MONTHS. What the HELL for is 198? Your website is FULL of HOLES and it never works. BSNL STD EXCHANGE 469 is PATHETIC.

@BSNLCorporate Can BSNL get their staff who work on telephone distribution boxes on the side of roads to STOP disconnecting lines that are IN SERVICE and making them OUT OF SERVICE to PLEASE folks with broken connectionS and attaching their line to it after RECEIVING TIP (cash).

@BSNLCorporate Very poor BSNL network in Shaheed Dweep last 3 months, mobile & brodband both are frequently break down, students, & others people's are facing a big issue for connectivity during lock down period, everybody work from home, but no proper connectivity.

@BSNLCorporate BSNL FTTH worst service I am using it last 1 month in kharagpur division .Every week it's goes out of order . In have experience 5 days down time it's too worst experience with bsnl .Every After 10 times call to customer support they talk for taking a complaint.
