  BSNL service is the worst service on earth. I recharged for R. 118 and received payment successful message from bsnl. But my balance is nil. Tried to report to cust. Care and nodal officer for the last 2 days. Highly irresponsible staff.

  @thanikapriya91 Sir/Madam, It is kindly informed that the network connectivity was down at Arakkonam HO since morning on 08.04.2026. The issue was escalated and BSNL officials worked on its rectification by replacing the torn cables through out the day after which the connectivity resumed at early morning on 09.04.2026. Inconvenience caused in this regard is highly regretted. Assuring you of best service always.

  @Valluva_Bharati @Kiranhyd @Fintech03 It was years of harassment with BSNL. Lineman even used to cut wires to fix it on bribes. Once Tata Indicom CDMA landline available, we quickly switched for instant connection, modern device with inbuilt modem with internet which I even used for my office work later years.

  @BSNLCorporate Facing serious issue with my BSNL SIM — SMS not sending and VoLTE not working. Tried all settings, updated SMSC, and even contacted customer care but no resolution. Please look into this urgently. @BSNLCorporate

  @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Problem 1: Your sim isn't available at market, only at office. Problem 2: BSNL employees constantly deny to provide sim at 1 rs. They always demand 100-150 rs. Fix this first. I know you can't!

  Thank you so much, @BSNLCorporate & @BSNL_OR, for delivering such a reliable network service at Daring Bari town. BSNL SIM keeps me connected to the outside world. I’m quite disappointed with @airtelindia, as there is no network available at Daring Bari.

  @BSNL_BR I have ported my number of Raj circle 9413048012 last year. But from past few months but lots of issues receiving calls and either is disconnected/ invalid no. I have contacted Buxar BSNL office person sent message to SSA Arrah, but still zero. May I go for porting it?

  @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL, You’ve announced nationwide WiFi calling, but it’s not working on my Lava Play Ultra 5G and several Samsung devices. The VoWiFi option is missing or not activating despite correct settings. Please clarify device compatibility and fix backend (IMS) support. #BSNL
