    BSNL service is the worst service on earth. I recharged for R. 118 and received payment successful message from bsnl. But my balance is nil. Tried to report to cust. Care and nodal officer for the last 2 days. Highly irresponsible staff.

    @BSNLCorporate dude why are the refunds so slow? I cancelled my request of bsnl fiber after paying 7000 because you guys were asking for 3000 more as some noc deposit, and now the guy told me it will take nearly 28 days to get the refund, why can't you refund ASAP?

    @bsnlkanpur this has reference to broad band connection no. 05122970760. I had given the application for disconnection in August paid the previous month bill also.I am not using the service from last 3 months. Still BSNL is raising invoice.. Kindly look into this. @BSNLCorporate

    @ndtvindia BSNL gave the data pack cheap, but the speed of the internet runs only 100kbps,first fix your network properly, there was a time when every house had BSNL. Government services are considered best in every country of the world but India is just the opposite.Give some attention too
