  BSNL service is the worst service on earth. I recharged for R. 118 and received payment successful message from bsnl. But my balance is nil. Tried to report to cust. Care and nodal officer for the last 2 days. Highly irresponsible staff.

  @bsnl_care AKASH NAGAR, BACHELI, DANTEWADA, LAST FOUR DAYS NO NETWORK FOR CALLING AND NETWORK . ON SAID TOWER, EMERGENCY LIGHT BACKUP IS NOT INSTALLED BY YOU, WHILE LIGHT IS CUT, TOWER IS OFF . FULLY CARELESSNESS BY BSNL OFFICER FOR THAT TOWER . REQUEST YOU FIX RESPONSIBILITY

  @BSNLCorporate rs 107 tariff automatically activated by bsnl number and my balance is automatically deducted due to this service. Pls deactivate 107 tariff plan on my bsnl prepaid number.
