    BSNL service is the worst service on earth. I recharged for R. 118 and received payment successful message from bsnl. But my balance is nil. Tried to report to cust. Care and nodal officer for the last 2 days. Highly irresponsible staff.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK it's very disheartening to say: my BSNL wifi has been inconsistent in their service. From the past 2 days even arising complaints are of no use. My Bharat Fibre no:- 080-29907510 Please look upto it as soon as possible. As we are still working at home.

    @varunkrish If a labourer in a hamlet can access tele-health because only BSNL has a duty to serve there, then BSNL has achieved its purpose. BTW, I am not saying BSNL should not be efficient. I am just saying privatisation of BSNL is bad. The two are independent issues in my mind.

    @ranjona Me too. I never even had a BSNL account and the bill I get relates to some number which I never had. Notified them of the error dozens of times. Still receive the bills. Someone has my email ID which is in the public domain and leveraging it.

    Your govt must have some reasons to save BSNL by allotting 43964 crore. I have lost all faith. My cell phone 9421288934 is dead for three weeks even after paying bill on June 30. No response from bsnl on my mails and tweeter message. This how they treat customers.
