    BSNL service is the worst service on earth. I recharged for R. 118 and received payment successful message from bsnl. But my balance is nil. Tried to report to cust. Care and nodal officer for the last 2 days. Highly irresponsible staff.

    @vijayarokraj Felt bad sir. I didn’t want to direct it to them on public forum. When asked, the lineman said they don’t have wires available for connection. Govt should come forward to support bsnl, thats not happening

    @BSNLCorporate If u can check my VOICE details.. landline not working since installation. No responce from cable operator. And bsnl office assuring time and again to resolve as soon as possible.. But fruitless.

    There is no network signal of #BSNL in my area from last 15 days.I frequently complaining about this but no changes seen.I don't know what is the reason of such carelessness in this modern competitive telecom era.

    @BSNL_AS I have contacted #Epicenter Franchisee, Nagarbera but he said it is not in their jurisdiction. He asked to contact bsnl. @BSNL_AS . Plz help

    @ConsumerReports Sir/Madam I have been using bsnl broadband from last 7-8 months and I have never got proper internet. Noone respond even after 1000s complaints. Please do the needful.

    Than I saw the quarters believe me these were in that bad state even animals won't agree to live , leave humans apart. Even if you pay back than also no one would stay there . Such a huge valuable space being wasted no wonders why BSNL is not in competition .
