BSNL service is the worst service on earth. I recharged for R. 118 and received payment successful message from bsnl. But my balance is nil. Tried to report to cust. Care and nodal officer for the last 2 days. Highly irresponsible staff.

@BSNLCorporate Dear @BSNLCorporate please confirm mobile number 9401135585 was recharged ₹99 on 16-07-2021 or not? As i speak to bsnl customer care thay said no.But @MyIndusIndBank need mail or written confirmation from BSNL.I have recharge my number from BSNL portal on 17-07-21,it confirms.

@BSNLCorporate You didn't ask the customer details, how r you planning without that. No support from customer service from last 3 days . And you can check my complaint log in last 6 months. Here only BSNL works else I would have shifted to Airtel. Landline no : 01202977362

@BSNL_AS Hopefully waiting to get a good bsnl data coverage in this unserved region since the students of this area is badly effected in attending online classes in this pandemic situation due to poor data coverage. As public organisation @BSNLCorporate should have adequate plan.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNLJHARKHAND the reason bsnl loses customers is not the speed and stability of connection, thats fine. Its lack of customer support service . Line has been installed since 4 days and no service . Have paid bribes too. Less than a week and il apply for removal
