BSNL service is the worst service on earth. I recharged for R. 118 and received payment successful message from bsnl. But my balance is nil. Tried to report to cust. Care and nodal officer for the last 2 days. Highly irresponsible staff.

@BSNLCorporate Is BSNL really regret and seriois for resolving my grievance? Several time this problem accelerated to BSNL corporate and customer care but always same answer given by BSNL official.why Barsara exchange depend on Mainpur exchange. Previously its operated individually.

@kausarmohiuddin Sir In miraj colony gate no 1 opp bsnl office toli chowki there are lot of encroachment and illegal parking. This creates lot of problem for passing 4 wheeler like ambulance etc

@BSNLCorporate BSNL provides terrible pathetic service, the Govt fears the employees hence can't shut down.Its fun for the ministry/ minister and they feel great about it so why provide great customer service/ customer experience.
