BSNL service is the worst service on earth. I recharged for R. 118 and received payment successful message from bsnl. But my balance is nil. Tried to report to cust. Care and nodal officer for the last 2 days. Highly irresponsible staff.

last 2Days network problem too heavy what is the reason. Having any work for 4G connection at villupuram BSNL office. Each 20minutes disconnected. Ask tamilnadu BSNL circle

@PMOIndia Sir your digital India is in very bad situation due to BSNL. My Fibre connection no 0120 2986494 was down for almost 10 days in March. And now 3 days in April . Morning of 28 April onwards . No body is helping on the issue. Thanks.Sandeep

@BSNLCorporate I have two BSNL prepaid sim at home. Both of them have zero network since 2 weeks. I tried calling the exchange and 1503, no one is receiving the calls. We are not able to receive SMS from banks or for vaccination.Please help. Location: Nayathode, Angamaly, Kerala

@BSNLCorporate My landline is not functioning from last feb 2020 but still i am getting the bill from bsnl. I requested bsnl team via mail and twitter but no response from them during the lockdown. Watever due is standing for the service i received i will pay for that..

Here there is no proper coverage from any network. Only BSNL has some limit of coverage in 2G but not able to use internet and all.

@BSNLCorporate why bsnl doesn’t improve its connectivity. It looks as f I have 2g 3g connect. So slow and boring at this point of time when you need this most.

@DrDharm03546595 @gops33 Also calculate benefit of poorer and their self reliance. Compare VAT = GST Bank SBI = ICICI LIC = Bajaj Finance BSNL = Airtel/Koi Railway is commercialised. Who give better service ? A cost must be given for good quality and service. PLI v/s Private insurer.

Munger city has no network of bsnl since yesterday. One, there is no 4G here and 3G's network is sometimes found that even after going to the roof of the house, please pay attention to network related problems and remove the discomfort as soon as possible @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR
