    BSNL service is the worst service on earth. I recharged for R. 118 and received payment successful message from bsnl. But my balance is nil. Tried to report to cust. Care and nodal officer for the last 2 days. Highly irresponsible staff.

    @AmazonHelp I think you are blindly replying to my tweet without analysis. #BSNL has clarified that they don't have any control over third party apps and directed me to #Amazon, the way you direct me to the network operator. So, whom should I approach ?

    @BSNLCorporate Automatic Top-Up of 5 GB was done in my BSNL Broadband (FTTH) account after it reached monthly FUP. What is this? I DON'T want this in my BILL. I never approved it. How can anyone connected to wifi do this? This is a trick to loot money from the public. @DoT_India

    @BSNLCorporate and volte works with jio and issue is with bsnl network only and still you believe you can say anything even if your network has issues.

    @iujjawaltrivedi As per my knowledge CBI may use Bsnl 2 g net ..due to 2g scam and slow net delay occurred .otherwise CBI is top top agency and also everything may be manual rather than technology .jai hind

    @BSNLCorporate @_DigitalIndia @GoI_MeitY I tweeted sometime ago one-and-a-half week back about the issue in "Nannur" someone from BSNL office called me and told that he'll say to the third party person untill now I didn't get a call back from company. I don't know why he's refusing to give connection. 9652482972
