BSNL service is the worst service on earth. I recharged for R. 118 and received payment successful message from bsnl. But my balance is nil. Tried to report to cust. Care and nodal officer for the last 2 days. Highly irresponsible staff.

@BSNLCorporate @BsnlCmd @BSNL_KTK It's sad to mention that no BSNL network available at T2, Kempegowda International Airport,Bengaluru. Strange to notice that BSNL doesn't provide proper connectivity/network at Important/Main locations like Airports (in BLR, New Delhi). Pathetic.

@bsnl_care Complained many times but facing network problem regularly. No constant network. When you need to call someone that time only coz of poor network can't call or receive calls. Really fedup with BSNL mobile service

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 #SwadeshiNetwork is OK However call drop, voice disturbance, low signal strength and most important is INTERNET SPEED. These are the major issues. BSNL must rectify & improve these with immediate effect. However BSNL's PR team only believes in advertising on social media.

@bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate So if you have a business, #BSNL is not for you. Staff / contractor won't respond if there's an issue, which you will have from day 1 - as I found the hard way. Pay a little more, and be at peace. #bsnl #unreliable (8/n)

@bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate already regretting my decision to get the copper line replaced by fiber - both don't work. My monthly outflow has increased by almost 250 - I am still having to connect using #vodafoneidea hotspot, because both #BSNL and #jio coverage is poor (5/n)
