    BSNL service is the worst service on earth. I recharged for R. 118 and received payment successful message from bsnl. But my balance is nil. Tried to report to cust. Care and nodal officer for the last 2 days. Highly irresponsible staff.

    @TCS GOPAL ji you a also go to deep slip, Newly joined BSNL officer was transferred back AND now holding DGM KALYAN position since 2011 not solved the issue.

    @BSNLCorporate It's been 5 days there is no 3g/4g network available..means 5 days of my bsnl recharge got wasted..will bsnl pay for it ?? @JM_Scindia

    @bsnl_care BSNL DLT renewal done on the BSNL DLT website, and the amount got deducted. However, the account is not renewed. Could you please help?
