    BSNL service is the worst service on earth. I recharged for R. 118 and received payment successful message from bsnl. But my balance is nil. Tried to report to cust. Care and nodal officer for the last 2 days. Highly irresponsible staff.

    @BSNLCorporate It's been ~15 days of facing issues AND > 48 hrs of complaint being registered. Still problem has not been resolved yet. No any field worker from nearest office has contacted yet. It's very frustrating. Should I switch from BSNL and start broadband from other service provider.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK @TelecomTalk As a user of Bsnl, I m not getting basic services from Bsnl. Voice quality is poor and network issues, Internet is of no use. No customer support. Left option is porting. Bye bye Bsnl

    Dear paytm . We recharged for our Jio number 7011193051 on 29 apr for Rs. 485 but it shows bsnl mobile recharged and the same is not reflecting as recharged. Ref 17826956773 No support from your customer care since yesterday. Plz resolve issue #Paytm #paytmkaro #paytmforupi

    @BSNLCorporate UP EAST cut the amount from bank UPI using @GooglePayIndia and no plan. On complaint to Google, they told to go to BSNL. BSNL being BSNL.

    @cgm_mh_bsnl Please ask BSNL employees to resolve my complaint no. 1058408116. I have received no communication whatsoever from BSNL in this regard in last 3 days. Local CSC has no idea how to resolve the issue.

    @BSNL_KTK Did you know that BSNL Bengaluru's local offices could possibly be one of the worst performing Customer Care Offices? They do not attend promptly to complaints from Senior Citizens, and nobody answers the office phone.

    The workers in BSNL office in Titlagarh are giving such a hard time to customer in this scorching summer. They don't even have any blank sims available. And the most ridiculous thing is that they're asking to wait for 8 to 10 days.
