@bsnl_care fibre grid down, since 17th sep afternoon, complaint raised in 17 th evening .. told by local bsnl employee at 9 am sorry n 18th that services were disrupted due to shifting of tel exchange and should be restored by 12pm, called again at 5 pm and was told the team is working tirelessly and service will be restored sometime during the night..its 19th morning and still no service..🙏🙏 we have to work for a living ! So please do the needful 🙏

3/4 On avg 10 days/month, service fails. Local BSNL tech is demanding ₹2k per home to restore & reconnects only those who pay. We already pay ~₹710 bills! @AshwiniVaishnaw #ConsumerRights
