    @BSNLCorporate I know this that phone is not working because of underground cable work. But this my fifth time explaining you that why I should pay the bill if I have not used any services of BSNL telephone. If you all really care your customers then my unnecessary bill should refunded quickly.

    @BSNLCorporate 50 hours are over but bsnl is not able to resolve my network issue.Which is disconnected every 15 to 20 mins.
