  @Koioszz @Your_bigfann The owner of BSNL was poor at that time. The owner had no toilets, no water, no electricity for its people. BSNL was also not making any profits so as to fund its required infra. You might know the tech but you lack finance and costing knowledge.

  @Mr_intrepid18 Owner wasn't poor, it was made poor. BSNL base stations were perfect till 2G/3G. After that they weren't upgraded to g NodeB, just to benefit LeaderJi's masters. Pointing out this isn't "hate" but showing a mirror.
