@BSNLCorporate I know this that phone is not working because of underground cable work. But this my fifth time explaining you that why I should pay the bill if I have not used any services of BSNL telephone. If you all really care your customers then my unnecessary bill should refunded quickly.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Vodafone right through its journey from Max Touch to Hutch to Vodafone to Vodafone Idea (Vi). Now if Birlas sell off to the Govt, I am not sure I want to continue as this becomes BSNL, maybe…?!

@BSNLCorporate @bsnl_ap_circle When contacted with CC, they said the plan was updated a day back. But BSNL team is not bothered about updating the same to customer untill the recharge is done. And the CC exc have discnctd the call in the middle of the conversation. No doubt why people call BSNL as pathetic.

@aksiiita06 @vijaygajera And the same bsnl f*cked us till Jio was released by charging 100 rs for 1 GB data. Ambani gave us the cheapest data and call service which they never tried to give us until everyone left BSNL

It has been 4 days since the bsnl internet has been down in my area. I am a student and has to attend my classes. Everytime i call at customer care they used to say, we get u solve the problem earliest by 48 hours but it's has been 4 days.@BSNLCorporate

Mobile telephone service sector is in stress since quite long. BSNL is also not being looked into to become viable. Pandemic has hastened d deterioration of d sector. Govt. is maintaining silence....we as users r in limbo.

The worst network i have in my native is bsnl. While in the meeting suddenly network goes off. Showing me no service. First off all their internet speed is very bad and even network is also becoming worst. #bsnlbhatkal #bsnl
