    @BSNLCorporate I know this that phone is not working because of underground cable work. But this my fifth time explaining you that why I should pay the bill if I have not used any services of BSNL telephone. If you all really care your customers then my unnecessary bill should refunded quickly.

    @airtelindia why can't i call to my home bsnl landline? It either disconnects or i get severe disturbance over the line. Raised SRs twice. Closed both times without proper resolution

    @BSNLCorporate From last few days, I was facing some issues in BSNL fiber Landline. Then I need to contact BSNL care. Within 24hrs of contact, BSNL technician visited my place and resolve the issue. BSNL is really changing and upgrading its service.

    @inves4_com @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have BSNL Broadband, the other day net was. On calling the support, the agent said issue will be resolved within 24hrs. Actual issue resolution in less than 4 hrs. Was pleasantly surprised and also rarely faced outages

    @SBICard_Connect @RBI @nsitharaman from Bsnl mobile cannot send sms to 5676791 please resolve the issue it's a serious concern, one cannot block his credit card at all, no payment done to Bsnl by sbi for VAS

    @BSNL_CHTD @BSNLCorporate Team,it’s been 3 months both landline and internet services are down. Alandur BSNL lead eng are unable to locate the problem. I hv been paying for services without service. Can someone provide an ETA.

    There is no one in exchange, franchise owner number is switch off from sunday, bsnl customer care does not respond.
