    @BSNLCorporate I know this that phone is not working because of underground cable work. But this my fifth time explaining you that why I should pay the bill if I have not used any services of BSNL telephone. If you all really care your customers then my unnecessary bill should refunded quickly.

    Day 3 and there has been no permanent resolution from @BSNL_HR. There is no point in having customer care, technical guys when the service is the worst. Don’t understand how do people adjust themselves with being below average. Typical BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate Where is the action ? No improvement in internet speeds occurred even after many days of this complaint. Network is full and phone shows H+ but still very low internet speeds. How internet is this slow even with good network ? BSNL internet is unusable in this place.

    @BSNL_AS 9435615523. My bsnl number.. This is used in the ipad.. They can contact me over phone on 9101081427... While 3g services are working in Barpathar( my place of work) area, it is not working in my area Sarupathar, near Sarupathar Higher Secondary School... Still shows EDGE...

    @BSNLCorporate I am unable to add my landline account on my bsnl selfcare portal. Its always showing "No such customer is registered with us." I have verified my all details and I am entering every details as per format, but its showing the mentioned above. Pl help me.

    @BSNLCorporate Today 3g network is vanished. Only showing 2g. When there is power cut bsnl network have no network or only working in 2g

    @ViCustomerCare did biggest mistake of my life by porting from airtel to vodafone. You are a sick company with no motivation to grow and take challenges. You are worst than BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate Its been more than 12 hours still no response and no body even bothered to take it up. Pathetic Customer service and this is the main reason why BSNL is sinking. Will port our number today itself to other service provider.@AshwiniVaishnaw
