    @BSNLCorporate I know this that phone is not working because of underground cable work. But this my fifth time explaining you that why I should pay the bill if I have not used any services of BSNL telephone. If you all really care your customers then my unnecessary bill should refunded quickly.

    @BSNLCorporate Leave it. My problem is yet not solved. And you can't solve it. I am tied of your service. Very soon I will port my no from bsnl to any other network. I am tolerating this worst service since last 21 yrs and Can't tolerate it more.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH Appointing one full time employee will increase confidence in people. Once people are assured about maintenance of tower, thousands of customers will switch to BSNL here in Bori Budruk. Expecting a reply from your side on this issue.
