If you are working remotely or into multiplayer gaming don't go for it. U can't do a proper Skype call with a 15mbos plan.

Only because of your casual approach this organisation will go to hell. I have BSNL fiber connection for internet usage which is disturbed everyday. Surprisingly no one responding.

All government and PSU offices to use BSNL only. (Of course service has to be very good) Try some good private office segments also. The whole purpose of currently keeping BSNL alive is for rural India. There is absolutely no sense in using BSNL for B2C segment in urban India - it cannot compete with Jio and Airtel. So better to drop that segment and let go of staff also for that segment

I myself have purchased a SIM a few months ago under the ₹1 offer without extra SIM charge. Please Help me

Not able to compete with other network providers. Customer care services are so poor that one can not connect to the executive.
