@cgmbsnlupe my bsnl no 0120 2456735, D-63 , sector 30 noida has been out of service for past one month. The customer care and online complaint services say my no is not functional while I am paying the bill 4 last 2 yrs and my broadband is also working.

The contract Prasanth I ever seen person like him still he is saying "today definitely I will fix this" he never change the dialogue. Nobody in the BSNL Office at Puttur is taking responsible, they are saying that they are not responsible. There is no concern authoritative person
