@CGMHRBSNL My whole village bsnl customer facing service related issue from so long. If any problem occurs the team will take too much time(a week atleast) to troubleshoot the problem. Sir our dependency is totally on bsnl for our office work in this pandemic time.

@Airtel_Presence it has been 5 days since I ported my number from BSNL - and to date I am not getting data service. Your customer service is of no help! Your physical store did not help and just asked me to come back after 24 hrs! Have I not paid @airtelindia @TRAI WHAT A MISTAKE

@BSNLCorporate We have installed BSNL broadband but that too is very inconsistent as there are many network outages due to wire cuts by road workers. I know there is road construction work going on in district but there must be some way to stop this.
