    @BSNLCorporate i was using a FTTH in Periyakulam. i changed to coimbatore. Here my old FTTH modem is not accepted. BSNL (Thudiyalur) not helping to configure my old compatible modem. they are insisting to buy only the modem supplied by their outsource ppl. bad service.

    @BSNLCorporate yesterday u sent an sms : "Dear customer your postpaid plan is closed. Choose any active post paid plan urgently. Failing to choose a plan, BSNL will migrate you to next higher plan. Hurry " ......how could u write like this !
