My @BSNLCorporate landline and broadband has been dead for over a month now. Had raised a complaint in May, yet no response. I have been giving repeat complaints on 198 but yet no response. I am losing business in an already dull market from who don't have my mobile no. #BSNL

@rsprasad Can you ask BSNL employee to work proactively and treat customer's in a better way. They treat new customers as burden They are taking long time to set up a new connection i.e 2 weeks where as other telecom operators will do in within 2 to 4 hours. @BSNLCorporate

The only network in Our village is BSNL. That also we don't get if there is power cut. In 2019 we r still dreaming of Internet. Internet connection would be a solution to lot many of our villagers problems.Hoping to get response from you Dear Sir Modiji..@narendramodi

BSNL has got worst services.. Please change your sim if you are using BSNL.. My phone lost and i told then to block my sim but they said its a process of 6 -8 hours..jio immediately blocked the sim horrible services customer care don't listen they cut the call..@BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ The BSNL network in Mira Nagar, Rajpipla Road, Sarangpur, Ankleshwar area is extremely slow. It doesn’t feel worth recharging. Even after complaining at the office, no action is taken. Please fix the tower/network issue urgently. 🙏 #BSNL #NetworkIssue

1/ It’s 2025 and BSNL still can’t fix basic SIM issues. An 80-year-old man had to travel 100 km just to replace a faulty SIM — one linked to Aadhaar, bank, pension & health services. No doorstep support, no help. This is Digital India?
