I have not yet heard from #BSNL even after this post. I have now 2 other phones which are not working after the 1 week lockdown and have open complaints for over 45 days. Am I in right to not pay the bills for the 2 months? @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK Good Day BSNL, My Business No 0824 2953722 With Internet Connection out off order since 2 Months.All Payment R updated try to connect Customer care but no Response till today, I think BSNL no need Business.Very much disappointed,Need to update BSNL.

@amitabhk87 @siddarthpaim Respected Sir, To make BSNL and Indian postal service profitable kindly rent out d realestate owned by these institutions to private players. This will create financial inflow revenues 2 GOI. Please consider my suggestion in d best interest of India

@PMOIndia In digital India there is no mobile network coverage even BSNL also in a place almost 300 families are residing there. They are felt lots of difficulties to live without network coverage even students are also suffered for their online classes. Poor service.

My @BSNLCorporate landline and broadband has been dead for over a month now. Had raised a complaint in May, yet no response. I have been giving repeat complaints on 198 but yet no response. I am losing business in an already dull market from who don't have my mobile no. #BSNL

@rsprasad Can you ask BSNL employee to work proactively and treat customer's in a better way. They treat new customers as burden They are taking long time to set up a new connection i.e 2 weeks where as other telecom operators will do in within 2 to 4 hours. @BSNLCorporate

The only network in Our village is BSNL. That also we don't get if there is power cut. In 2019 we r still dreaming of Internet. Internet connection would be a solution to lot many of our villagers problems.Hoping to get response from you Dear Sir Modiji..@narendramodi

@ggganeshh The problem here is having data merged with phone calls and SMS.. have a plan for phone/sms which would help people not using the data.. but JIO is there bcos of data plans.. so I don't think this will change. May be port to BSNL.

@REDBOXINDIA Govt should work to improve BSNL, I'm still using the BSNL, 199 PM pack with 2gb per day + unlimited calls, Speed is slow but sufficient for me, The problem is the network doesn't work in some areas they should work on there network and speed

@Tech_glareOffl Most of the plans removed or increased the price. Silently they have made it silently. There is no control on these telecom companies. There is no competition from BSNL because of poor network.

@DivyaSoti BSNL is always an option. And the issue with Jio like providers is that quality degrades with increasing users something like more number of users on WiFi lesser bandwidth

@Ravisutanjani It's atrocity towards common man. The person who doesn't use data or has to use limited data is forced to by the Unlimited pack for Rs 299/m. The main culprit is Central Govt who sidelined & didn't Support BSNL for 3G & 4G 10-15 Years back. What is TRAI doin @TRAI
