The only network in Our village is BSNL. That also we don't get if there is power cut. In 2019 we r still dreaming of Internet. Internet connection would be a solution to lot many of our villagers problems.Hoping to get response from you Dear Sir Modiji..@narendramodi

@BSNL_KTK BSNL KTK please focus your attention to customer grievances. I have taken a BSNL fibre postpaid BB connection only 3 weeks back. Yesterday the BB has stopped functioning. Complained on SMS. Waiting to speak to someone. No one available. Lineman disconnects without answering. ?

Jio provides no customer service, their app, chatbot is quite useless. It takes ages for problems to be solved. I am JioFiber, JioSim, VodafoneIdea and Airtel user. Sometimes I miss BSNL/MTNL.

Jio 199 n 198 is a machine, complaints dont get regd. BSNL/MTNL 198 n 199 were far superior, operator gv a complaint no.. vodafoneidea app is better, issues get resolved faster.

So, invest when things are clear. Don't speculate. As #Adani bhailu has #Bsnl also 😌 Which he can get at cheaper rates with Widest Network. But, Idea 💡 story has not ended yet. Kuch toh #sarkar ko karna padega. Warna banks 🏦doobenge. @AnilSinghvi_ @Ajay_Bagga
