@rsprasad Can you ask BSNL employee to work proactively and treat customer's in a better way. They treat new customers as burden They are taking long time to set up a new connection i.e 2 weeks where as other telecom operators will do in within 2 to 4 hours. @BSNLCorporate

@amitabhk87 @siddarthpaim Respected Sir, To make BSNL and Indian postal service profitable kindly rent out d realestate owned by these institutions to private players. This will create financial inflow revenues 2 GOI. Please consider my suggestion in d best interest of India

The only network in Our village is BSNL. That also we don't get if there is power cut. In 2019 we r still dreaming of Internet. Internet connection would be a solution to lot many of our villagers problems.Hoping to get response from you Dear Sir Modiji..@narendramodi

My @BSNLCorporate landline and broadband has been dead for over a month now. Had raised a complaint in May, yet no response. I have been giving repeat complaints on 198 but yet no response. I am losing business in an already dull market from who don't have my mobile no. #BSNL

Even if BSNL is owned by government it transferred many of its service obligations to a private player. They are doing really well in tier 2 and 3 cities.

One of the reasons cited for this mega infusion is to help BSNL roll out 4G in the next 2 years! Yup, rolling out 4G OVER THE NEXT TWO YEARS. When the world is fast advancing towards 5G, what sense explains investing tax payers money in rolling out an old technology?

Now, looking at the offer you will definitely go for BSNL. But I was stunned what shopkeeper said. He said if Airtel line is broken, they have alternate line, and I will connectivity from alternate line until the main line is full repaired which can take up to 2 hours. 2/3

Would it not be more rewarding and effective had the govt used the cash to instead help the strong players roll out 5G as fast as possible. It could have more multiplier effect than having BSNL 4G two years down the line when maybe the world would have started talking about 6G!

@SandipGhose @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi Or at least do a swot analysis and just focus on those areas. For e.g. if bsnl is good at building infrastructure but not good in customer service/sales then build 5g and let private player (white label service) use the infrastructure to service citizens.
