My @BSNLCorporate landline and broadband has been dead for over a month now. Had raised a complaint in May, yet no response. I have been giving repeat complaints on 198 but yet no response. I am losing business in an already dull market from who don't have my mobile no. #BSNL

@rsprasad Can you ask BSNL employee to work proactively and treat customer's in a better way. They treat new customers as burden They are taking long time to set up a new connection i.e 2 weeks where as other telecom operators will do in within 2 to 4 hours. @BSNLCorporate

I have not yet heard from #BSNL even after this post. I have now 2 other phones which are not working after the 1 week lockdown and have open complaints for over 45 days. Am I in right to not pay the bills for the 2 months? @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate Today I had bad experience with BSNL.I have visit BSNL office for new postpaid connection but employee services was poor and pathetic.Every operator offering good service but bsnl don't.why deposit needed for postpaid connection which other operator don't ask ?

@BSNL_MH In this cleaning drive, you people r cleaning the BSNL network Towers also. BSNL network towers are continuously shutting down. Don't know why people are just getting harassed. Shutdown at PIN 401203, Nr MSEB & VVMC Office.
