The only network in Our village is BSNL. That also we don't get if there is power cut. In 2019 we r still dreaming of Internet. Internet connection would be a solution to lot many of our villagers problems.Hoping to get response from you Dear Sir Modiji..@narendramodi

@JioCare Jio mobile network does not work. Had changed my 2nd sim from Airtel to BSNL. Now again ported that to @airtelindia . It is managable though slow. Jio never cares for customer even after multiple complains. Had recharged for 1 year.

@CommissionrGHMC Great but in paradise we have next to bsnl office the street vendors who are occupying the foot part and dirtying the same difficult to get rid of them request for help

@barua_ashish We need more wireline internet in rural India. I don't see free markets having enough incentive to go wireline in areas with poor revenue prospects. That's why govt enterprises (BSNL) has to eat losses but deliver services - Baniya mentality Govt won't understand this.

@AshwiniVaishnaw Sir Bsnl Local authorities carelessness towards the customers concern and regular network issues in Nandapur region have resulted in decrease of customer since few years.

@BSNLCorporate My BB on phone 07552480928, is not working for last one week or more. My complaints are deleted even without attending/set right. I do not know what for a code is sent to me to share to remove the complaint by your staff. Only god can save BSNL from sinkingGod HELP

@BSNLCorporate The broadband connection is again gone since 4 days. And no one responds from the local service team. This is the kind of service BSNL provides.

@BSNLwarriors123 In many of my nearby villages, customers are paying rs 1000 for 30mbps ftth for Pvt operators bcoz bsnl is a failure during shutdown times. most of the rural exchanges are without battery, dg. Trust can be only improved if they provide hassle-free service.
