    @AshwiniVaishnaw I am sure that you should visit some of BSNL offices and also their Telephone Exchange as part of Communication , I.T department. Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities particularly villages depending on BSNL and you must observe the very bad and poor state of affairs

    @BSNL_RJ I have fibre value plan of 100mbps and the speed I am getting is less than 20 mbps, and no one is taking action against my problem, worst service bsnl, suggest not to buy bsnl plans, it's totally waste of money
