    @DoT_India I'm facing issues with my @BSNL_KTK FTTH broadband connection billing. I have been visiting the bsnl office in Davanagere to Lodge my request in correction of my billing period and everytime I have to start from scratch. Please help.

    @PMOIndia sir...Its time..BSNL must get 5G licence before others as private operaters r looting us for below par service....and also creation of jobs also important...sad to see bsnl not able to pay salary to its employees.time to act.

    @IamNeerajHari @kharge Bsnl is already succeeding. Just give 4g to them. I did mnp already. Saw many people doing mnp. Most people have 2 sims. One for internet and second for calling or otp or emergency purpose. So 2 sim is costly af. With 4g bsnl will be primary sim for many

    @WESBENASA @kharge Majority of Vodafone Idea (Vi) is privately owned even now. Debt of Vi just got converted into equity with government's help in order to revive the company. Government has no other right over Vi which is a private firm. Also, there is no guarantee that BSNL could succeed like Vi.

    @BSNLCorporate this is extremely careless service from bsnl so called govt leading company my simcard was lost with my phone so i went to bsnl office and asked for a new sim they provide sim without any verification didn't ask aadhar in that way any one can take my sim and fraud.

    @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw The last 15 days I complained to BSNL that the 3g internet speed in my area is very low and the internet connection goes away after a while. But to this day this problem has not been solved. I am very disappointed

    Which internet service has worked the best for you in the last 2 years? I have an Airtel dongle which is ok when it connects. I have tried Hathway, BSNL, Jio - none of them worked as well as I wanted to.

    @WESBENASA @kharge It's difficult for BSNL to reach the levels of Jio & Airtel with outdated infrastructure, poor management and less investment. Even if the government puts more money into BSNL, the chances are that it would be a huge waste of gov revenue with BSNL struggling to make profits.
