@rsprasad Hello Bsnl not able to resolve the land line issue. Complaint raised 45 days before, line man is waiting for bribe then only he will resolve this. Please look. 04962633193( Kerala circle, Kozhikode district)

@rsprasad @KeralaGovernor I gave a complaint to rectify my BSNL land line. 0496-2633193 almost one and half month. Line man is eagerly waiting for bribe to rectify this issue permanently. Kindly look in to this issue and direct BSNL Kerala circle team to rectify this issue.

We have complained online as well. Will BSNL Vasco please fix the problem soon?! My work is stuck because of no BSNL internet and I can't proceed. I suspect this is mischief by unprofessional idiots at Perfect Relations and BBDO Chennai, who have made our lives hell!!

@BSNL_HR Dear sir, i am using your bsnl broadband in ganaur city district- sonipat. I took connection earlier this month only. I am facing many problems using it. Sometimes it doesnt work and if i try to call your authorise provider they dont respond at all. Please help me out.

Why should we blame twitter###You pull up 80% of Indian companies including the Telecom ones do not have an active nodal officer.. Bsnl is worst.. all the nodal lines provided are unreachble or fake

@BSNLCorporate I'm trying to move out from bsnl due to bad network. When I send port request. I receive messages saying port request couldn't be processed. May I know how many days I'll get this response. You guys could have done a way better than other service providers.

BSNL, Tata Sky, Airtel... All fall flat on Customer Service... If Senior Leadership Team does not address this, it is not far for the entire Company to go under locks. Only in India, the service provider takes customers for granted due to weak law.
