@BSNL_UPW I have been trying to get BSNL Broadband connection since two months but still not able to get it while some people in my area have already got the connection. If I understand by this that it is a government company, then the work will be slow.

Worst ever experience from #BSNL Kashmir...... from last 6 hrs ur surver was down still same issue...... contacted CX care but they are just putting CX on hold and disconnecting the call ....... @BSNL_JK @BSNLCorporate at least give some importance to CX........

@BSNL_AS Hi,I didn't respond anymore because it was working well after i wrote a tweet.but again since yesterday no internet access. I am messaging you my location by DM Sir, I have no personal issues against BSNL. I am just stating my problems.
