@CRED_club You guys can’t update address, nor do you let us cancel an order. Your customer service seems as disinterested as Ozil under Umery. Need to allocate some of your marketing budget to customer service. Otherwise you guys are just BSNL with a cool UI

@AshwiniVaishnaw Even though informing on August 21st regarding poor network (only 2G in our area odisha-756033 and the bsnl tower doesn't have power backup), till now not rectified. Most of the time, no network even though current is there. Facing worst experience with bsnl.

@BSNL_AS Why BSNL FTTH connection in Naharkatia,Dist-Dibrugarh,Assam,Pin-786610 is so unpredictable and has no certainty? I barely got 6,7hrs of service per day since last 3,4 weeks. Kindly solve the problem.

@ravi_muthur @BSNLCorporate @BsnlTamilnadu Applied before 1 year but the bsnl service not yet done at Kolkata 700046 area. Very disappointing. That's why other private company's are doing well.

@BSNLCorporate I have paid the due bill shown in BSNL Site.The due showing in BSNL App is Rs 0.BSNL has disconnected my connection.I called customer care to resolve matter.They asked me to go to BSNL office.BSNL still thinking its Landline time.

@BSNLCorporate Sory to tell you but still my office landline is dead why not BSNL terminate all its employees who dosent care about it that the landline is dead since 3 months even paying every bill on time
